LET ME START OFF by saying I pay full rent. I am not section 8, or low income. I pay every penny so quality is important to me. I have lived here since May and have only ever had one real issue since moving in. Recently my heater stopped working, and all maintenance does to "fix" it is give us an extra fuse to switch out. Well, the fuse blows immediately and 1 fuse lasts for 1 run of the more

If I could give this place a NEGATIVE set of stars I would. I have been living here since August 18th 2014. The office staff is friendly and thats really about all. I moved in here trying to relocate from the West valley. So I am supposed to be paying $550 a month for an upgraded unit. The ONLY thing new after being lied and lied to was the paint and cheap sticky tile. My sink in the bathroom was more

I posted several issues 3 days ago and I was contacted the next day by Weidner Apartment Homes Reputation Manager, Wendee, and was told my issues with the water leaks that should have been addressed and fixed in August were high on the priority list to be taken care of so the remainder of our stay at Bolero Brio could hopefully turn around. I spoke with Wendee and she was very more

This place was an absolute disaster to live in. My AC broke multiple times, which is AWESOME considering it isn't even hot at all in Phoenix. The office staff includes some of the most rude, brainless, and incompetent people that have ever walked this planet. They were the opposite of helpful and seem to have all attended Useless University (graduating at the top of their classes more

I love the location of this apartment. I moved here for that only as I am new to Arizona. We have a new manager, she is very eager to help. I am not sure if that is what this place needed, but my work orders are resolved fast and she is always to the point. I always liked it here, but now love it and stay and sign again. It feels pleasant to go in the office when she is there. Thank you! more

The grounds are keeped up nice. The office staff is always friendly and ready to help you! The office also takes your ups, fedex, and usps packages if your not home. It's also close to the 101 freeway and shops. more

WARNING DO NOT LEASE HERE!!! I have had problems with the north entrance gate since Aug 9, 2013. I complained to the leasing office staff and to the HOA about the gate and they have failed to fix it. We pay rent here in order to have things in working order. However if the HOA gives you a letter to correct a HOA rule/violation and don't get it corrected in a timely manner you are slapped more

I wish I could give this place zero stars. Do not be fooled by the looks of the property. The stresses I've had in dealing with property management is not worth it. From day one I have had issues with their horrible communication and disorganization. But trying to move out takes the cake! But if you decide to move in it is in your best interest to double or triple the deposit you're more

I lived here for about a year and a half and I would recommend that you live basically anywhere else. The rent seemed reasonable for the area, but what a nightmare. Here are a handful of ways that we were screwed over during our stay: -Prior to move-in, we were lied to about there being a walk-in closet. My ex signed the papers and when i went in to see the apartment oh, no closet. I more
