Now called Bella Sophia. The new owner tried to update the place and make it nice; new floors, washer and dryer in every apartment, new appliances, and new cabinets. New paint, water proof in the outside decks, and gutters were added. However, the "hard-core gangster" manager is all talk! She allowed known druggies to stay, she allowed people to stay in apartments without paying rent, more

I lived here for exactly a year and wish it could have been longer. I simply adored the loft and the location. I never had any problems and found the neighborhood the perfect balance of quiet and stuff to do. I would have stayed longer, but I developed an intense allergy to Mesquite trees--which are all around (and everywhere in Phoenix!) so I had to leave. Joy was extremely helpful in more

Where else can you get a mountain side condo with elevated views for less? No where. Covered parking which is well lit, secure and cleaned like every week. I work from home and this community is quite, clean with folks that own BMW's and other new vehicles which is representative of the residents. Providence is within walking distance to numerous urban style eateries and now the more

Great place, in a good location at a respectable price. Very friendly community, that has cookouts and holiday celebrations. There are no pet weight restrictions so me and my 90lb lab were able to take full advantage of the park across the street. Very close to the Roosevelt Arts district and all of the first Friday fun. more

I have been living here about 3 and a half yrs , its not bad, maintenance is pretty good now July 2013,there are a few added bonuses like if you are disabled and you qualify you get a pretty good chunk of $$$ off your rent, there are (3) computers connected to Internet free for everyone to use, there is a Resident Services in room # 466 that helps residents who ask and offers more

Typical corporate owned and managed type of place where you get the same ol sales pitch and I predict the same ol kind of treatment. I prefer a smaller place where I can actually talk to the owner if there actually is one? Appliances looked really old which I know means much higher energy bills for me. Another way for the corporation that ownsd the place to pass on unfair and indirect costs to more

THERE ARE MANY THINGS IN NEED OF IMPROVEMENTS.. AS ARE WITH PEOPLE. THE BUILDINGS ARE OLD ;THEREFORE, IT WOULD BE IMPORTANT TO WORK ON THE INFRASTRUCTURE AROUND EXISTING TENANTS INSTEAD OF MAINTAINING, RUSHING, AND MODIFYING UNOCCUPIED ONES. FULLY AWARE FINANCIALLY THAT IT BRINGS IN $$IF MORE PEOPLE.. BUT SOME GUIDELINES AREN'T MET BY CURRENT TENANTS .NOT TO MENTION BY PREVIOUS more
