09/16/13 by anonymous: I have lived here since August of 2012 and signed a new lease in July 2013. A BIG Mistake!!!!!! New owners, New maintenance staff and the manger has turned into a "I don't want here your complaints". The ac, hot water and cold water both are often turned of due to maintenance issues. The pool is never clean, the water is cloudy the pumps are not on in the pool, trash more

03/19/13 by JimThompson: I checked out Crest Apartments in mid-January and it was so-so. The grounds were decent, but I went back on Friday evening and saw some things in the parking lot that I would't trust my children around. I eventually moved back to Scottsdale, but wish I lived closer because I work at Grand Canyon University and this place would've been a quick commute. more

09/06/14 by anonymous: For a place that you're paying a high rent a month that consists of rude, mean, unhelpful and not honest stuff plus the very noisy environment that seems to have made of cheap commodities - this apt is not worth your time and stay. The manager here is very negligible and is all about herself/her complex. The other stuff acts like they know what theyre doing yet no right help you get from more

04/17/14 by anonymous: Police are usually here for calls. this complex is stated as crime free drug free, however, apartment 143 is busy selling drugs by the bus full. Guess what, police do nothing about it so it goes to say that instead of drug free this complex has free market on drug sales. This complex is so dangerous that this rater was approached by a mad woman with a church key. Cops said she should more

03/14/06 by anonymous: We moved into this complex before anyone else. The main pool was still dirt. We have watched it change and progress downhill as soon as they converted them to condos. The sales people aren't even sales people. They are clueless and rude.We are moving out in 2 weeks and they have already discontinued our mail without even telling me. Who are these people. I am still a tenant! For all of you more

04/23/12 by anonymous: This place stinks of all of phoenix!!! the owner is a slumlord who thinks he is the greatest piece of shit in all of Casa Grande (Ervin Farley), a flaming hairstylist from california who is the cheapest person i have ever met, talked numerous times to both the manager and the owner about getting a hole in my ceiling (3x5 ft.) hole fixed and was told by the manager that the owner didnt more

03/28/14 by anonymous: I moved in here because it seemed quit and was close to places that matter to me. I wish I hadn't; if this is improved I can't imagine how bad it must have been in the past. There are a handful of people who are loud, noisy and very rude. The management seems to take action only if there are multiple police cars showing up and even then it seems to take them a while. They encourage more
