The Legacy Crossing

3330 East Van Buren Street, Phoenix, AZ 85008

I just experienced the rudest, most uncooperative leasing agent ever. I went into the office to get information on a 3 bedroom. I called a few days before and was told there was only one apartment available. I set an appointment. When I got there, a different agent was there and refused to show me an apartment or the community. The agent was combative and didnt want to give me a floor plan more

The Taos Condominiums

4704 East Paradise Village Parkway North, Phoenix, AZ 85032

Place was nice and quaint and a great first place to move in to. Being towards the back of the complex also has its perks since we don't have to deal with loud neighbors. Maintenance responded pretty fast and worked superbly. I highly recommend, especially as a first place to live. more

I can not really agree with the last reviewer. I have visited this place twice in the past six months and while the ascetics are fine and we like some of the quarks about the place such as the ability to pay online, I must admit that Westover is void of feeling like a true home. Besides the non-homey feeling, the rents are too high and the swimming pool is too small. My jacuzzi where I more

Bella Rio Apartments

4903 W. Thomas Rd, Phoenix, AZ 85031

I was a resident at bella rio for 18 months. This place is a dump! Honestly, its the worst place I have lived at. The complex just screams bed bugs and roaches! Please take your time and drive around it. You will see a lot of mattreses and furniture out by the dumpsters. Cars get stolen. There's trash everywhere. Litterally a dump! Someone tried to break into my apartment once. Definitely not more

I have lived here for over a year and a half. I can attest to the bug problem. I had a few instances were I had to kill a bug or two. That just started this year. I never had that problem before and I keep a tight ship. The sewage system flooded once and the office made sure to contact me to see if my apartment was affected, so I give them credit for checking in on me. I only used the pool once more

Horrible apartments. rude lazy staff. i catch these bad kids throwing rocks at my car, and they leave food and garbage all over outsside where they play in front of my unit and then it makes the whole place hideous. it's embarrassing to invite people over here when they have to see that coming up to my unit. whoever that person is that left positive comments they must work for the apartments, more

For a place that you're paying a high rent a month that consists of rude, mean, unhelpful and not honest stuff plus the very noisy environment that seems to have made of cheap commodities - this apt is not worth your time and stay. The manager here is very negligible and is all about herself/her complex. The other stuff acts like they know what theyre doing yet no right help you get from more
