Moved here in August 2014 and we had a great move in special! The cheapest rate we found during our apartment search. Very affordable place to live. Quiet every night and especially weekends. Great laundry hours. Management and maintenance are easy to get a hold of. However the parking situation is a little out of hand. We have assigned parking but none of the tenants seem to take it serious, so I more

Wind Springs Apartments

3515 East Bell Road, Phoenix, AZ 85032

I lived at Wind Spring from 2011-2012. I rented a townhouse, which I liked. It had a lot of space and I was on the end of my building so my bedroom didn't share any walls, so I can't say if you can hear neighbors, but even in the second bedroom it was fairly quiet. I was near my parking spot which was convenient, but noisy because I could hear loud music from my bedroom. The washer and more

Hidden Village

I have lived at Hidden Village Apartments for almost three years. For the most part I have enjoyed my stay here. The staff are pleasant and resposive to your needs. The grounds are kept clean, well manicured and for the most part trash free. The public facilities (i.e. pool, laundry facilities) are well maintained. The tenants are good neighbors and very polite. I would say that my favorite more

I have lived at Barrington for a little more than a year and I LOVE LOVE LOVE my apartment. I was motivated to write a review because just a few days ago my 2 year old flushed a toy down the toilet. Emilio came right away and not only corrected my toilet issue (oh, that's where that giant Lego went!) but also cleared my clogged bathroom sink. I'm sorry in advance Emilio for attaching more

Monterey Village Apartments (formerly Heather Ridge Apartments)

4707 East McDowell Road, Phoenix, AZ 85008

I have lived here for about two months now. I have to say that any time I call the office with a concern, or repair that is needed, it is addressed immediately. The apartments are cute, and comfortable. There are quite a few kids that play on the grounds, which tells me that this is a family complex. more

I love the apartment itself. It has a very modern and comfortable feel and all of the utilities are great (washer, dryer, microwave, stove, etc.). The bath and toilet do get dirty quite easily but they are very easy to clean. I love the location in downtown phoenix. It's walking distance/quick lightrail ride away from great restaurants and things to do. The pool does not get great sunlight unless more
