You put it as a positive review instead of a comment on that "blog". Regardless, I do agree with the fact you don't write a review like that and should go to management with those types of issues. However if you look at every positive review, it has some form of rebuttal to a negative review. I did not put a review and simply put my comment on the top review because I was never a resident, I was only checking out reviews in my area and see who's just mad and reviewing or what former residents have consistent reviews. This is one that I can say between the person reviewing about roaches, management pretending to be tenants, and clearly unhappy former residents, I would never ever move to this apartment complex. EVER. Big thanks to this site.
I am laughing out loud because I'm not management. As far as rebutting other negative reviews, I have not. Only this one because it was moronic. I did not "review" anything. It's true, you don't "blog" on a review site. "Whoever" submitted it asked a question. If "whoever" was going to get bent about the answer they got, they shouldn't have asked the question in the first place. It is a nice place to live. It's not management's fault that "whoever" brought roaches with them. All I said was tell them right away so they can be taken care of before other residents get infested. That's just common courtesy (duh).
