I don't know where all these positive reviews are from but ummm not true ? The reason I leased here is because I saw all the good reviews ..little did I know the negative ones were true. Rent is not high yet not cheap. So for that price I believe maintenance should comply with their duties. From day one we had so much work needed done. Even the paint it looked like the entire apartment was rushed for our move in. Although we had reserved it a month in advance, there were dead roaches in the cabinets. Instead of settling in we had to basically do the housekeeping ourselves.We gave them a list and now half a year later they've only fixed three things. Not to mention the gate is always broken. Just the other day both gates were broken at night that there was a long lone outside the gates trying to get in. Luckily someone was leaving through the exit gate, so we got in. Also our neighbors upstairs have the worst kids always throwing trash into our porch and in front of our apartment. They also love to vacuum at 11 o'clock at night. The walls are so thin you can hear people use the bathroom and having sex.not cool when it's next to your kids room. Our mail is also always getting into others mailbox. This whole place just doesn't care and I'm glad we're leaving !
