The office staff is charging us and every 2 bedroom unit an extra $80 "standard cleaning fee" at move out. This is weather the place is immaculate or not and it is not part of our or any other lease. Our move out went through clean, nothing was marked down against us, the place was in move in ready condition for the next renters already. yet they are still a asking for the extra $80, and are saying they will do so for every person that moves out of a 2 bedroom unit, regaurdless if it needs cleaning or not. the office staff is extremely rude and unhelpful in this madder. Or any other matter. They say there is nothing wrong with collecting an extra $80 at move out, for every 2 bedroom unit. The office is a nightmare situation. The assistant manager Kimberly is very combative, will interrupt you, and tell you to go away she's done talking to you. she wouldnt even look at the lease with me, or even try to understand why I'm upset about a extra standard $80 fee that no one was advised of or agreed to. Green Leaf partners are a piece of work too. I really miss Equity residential. They were one of the best, however when Green Leaf took over it turned! They do not answer the phone # provided on the website. They emailed me back with just a copy of my same lease agreement that clearly does not show the $80 fee, and will not even answer any of my questions. I'm so glad to be gone! BUYERS BEWARE
