Can't recommend, lots of problems. I didn't stay long.
Unfortunately it was not until I moved in that I found out a lot of people were on the way out - I wish I would have learned before hand most people didn't like it enough to stay long term.
They have recently remodeled the units, so it looks nice although my apartment didn't look like the pictures on the web page. But that was the only nice thing about the place.
The worst - management is awful, they won't fix anything. -------- seemed nice in the beginning but if you try to push to get something fixed she just turns nasty.
The appliances are cheap, so don't expect them to work well.
The dishwasher does not clean dishes, so you have to clean them before putting them in the dishwasher.
Food in the refrigerator freezes. If you adjust it so it doesn't freeze food, then freezer items don't freeze.
The knob to turn on water in the bathtub/shower is very difficult to turn which means the flimsy plastic knob breaks every couple of months.
The air conditioner only works if all the doors are open, so you can't close the bedroom doors, even 1/2 way, or it gets real hot while the other rooms are freezing.
The grounds are ok, they would be a lot nicer if they watered the grass so it was greener.
Lots of large families and kids of all ages running around, so there are lots of people outside the apartments even well after dark (talking to others, running around, coming and going) and the noise comes right even with the windows closed. Sounds from the apartments next door and upstairs are also very loud, and it was embarrassing to be hearing some of those noises. It made me worry what they could hear from my place.
Too bad they are just making the inside look nicer and not actually making this a nice place to live.
