I just recently moved into Sierra Ranch on 11-18-2011 on the 19th, I called and advised the office that my stove wasn't working, they stated that it would be fixed on Monday 11-21, which it wasn't. I called them again on Tuesday Morning 11-22 and they had someone come out and fix it. I used the stove that Tuesday night and after that use, it stopped working again.. I have called them numerous times and I feel like, I'm getting the run around. If they don't have my stove fixed by today 11-28, I will be contacting 3 on your side. Something needs to be done, if that doesn't work I will seek an Attorney for further action. The staff in the office is inept and could careless about the residents. I would recommend anyone else to seek legal advice so that we can have a CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT against Sierra Ranch Apartments.
