I moved into this place the day after I moved to Arizona. They looked nice from a distance and during my tour. However, what everyone else has said here is true. I had ceiling falling into my bath tub and kitchen, a toilet that only occasionally worked (the only one in the unit), other residents and visitors who would park in my spot (one time, my car was towed from my own spot, and I had to pay $100 to get it back), water shut off often, problems with the office losing my checks, noisy neighbors, cops around all the time, drugs everywhere. My ceiling and toilet never got fixed, and I was there for 13 months. One time, I came home to a guy cutting a huge hole in my laundry room wall. Another time, a maintenance guy walked into my apartment without knocking -- not to fix any of the things wrong with my apartment, but to make the hole in the wall larger. Someone tried to break into my apartment, and the cops told me it was my fault because I had once gone to the movies with the guy (he was a coworker).
I could go on and on, but it makes me angry to think about it, and I've moved on -- which is what you should do if you're considering renting from Woodstone.
