Sunset Villa Apartments

I can honestly say we really enjoyed living at Sunset Villa Apts., there's so many things we liked about living there. The apartment was perfect for us: the location is fantastic as we enjoyed walking to Mill Ave, Tempe Beach Park, & Tempe Market Place on the weekends. Plus the fact we could leave our car parked in the carport and walk to a grocery store & quite a few restaurants was a big more

I spent two years here in a 2 bedroom with my brother. Compared to the other apartment complexes I have frequented, this one had a much more neighborly vibe than most. The personal service from Nancy and Mark was always great and it felt like they wanted you to live there, not just wanting your check. Average interior, nothing fancy, but it is a great deal for the price compared to other stuff in more

My boyfriend and I moved in a couple of months ago and LOVE our apartment! Amanda, Amber, Eddie and David are beyond fantastic! They make you feel welcome right away, and I can't imagine living anywhere else. The property is beautiful, clean and I am happy to be a part of this community :-) more

Monarch at Tempe (formerly Greenwood Village Apartments)

Initially this apartment complex was a peaceful place to live -- good for graduate students and people with small children. It's near ASU, but isn't partyland, like a lot of places closer to the campus are. Unfortunately, lately there are some really obnoxious tenants here (near the main pool). They like to hang out in from of their apartment, beers in their hands, hooting, hollering, more

I just wanted to say that even though the community could not rent to me because of my eviction, Bree was so lovely to me and provided me a number of resources that can help me, and they did! I have an appointment tomorrow at Valley King, and she gave me a person referral that made that happen. I feel a little guilty signing with this agency, because in a year when my eviction falls off, more

Till now, so far so good. I like to live in here, I feel safe. The only thing, it's my neighbor from upstairs, they are really noisy, I can hear everything. But for the rest im okay. The office provide the services that I need, when I need it and that's good. more

This place is a dump. RUN AWAY. I can hear the neighbor upstairs hacking and coughing every time he takes bong rip. I can also hear every time he pees very clearly and loud. And sadly I can hear his girlfriend faking it in bed, poor fella. Really guys, jackrabbitt-ing her doesn't cut the mustard. The shower has backed up with sewage TWO TIMES in a 30 day period. When the second time was on more

Worst place EVER!! The noise from your neighbors is constant and don't bother making a formal complaint because it's totally disregarded. I have had constant disturbance from day one and the manager does nothing. It's party central station here!! I'm sure if you call the local police department they can confirm the noise issues. The work orders take more than a week to get more

I have lived here for only 7 months and they have received over 10,000 dollars from me in rent. ( I have every receipt) .They charge a 510.00 fee just to downsize to an apartment. Plus, there dog park has holes dug in it. Dog rent is almost 50.00 a month. They do add so much extra charges. Plus people fly around in the parking lot. Also when you talk to other people about there rent it is always more

Garden Grove Apartments

900 West Grove Parkway, Tempe, AZ 85283

I have lived at Garden Grove for almost four years and I really love my apartment. They maintain the grounds nicely, the pool area is very relaxing with plenty of lounge chairs and comfy seating. There is also a great indoor area with pool table, etc. With a full size washer and dryer in my unit, I think the rent prices are really good! The management, although fairly new, is very helpful and more
