My boyfriend and I moved into rancho murietta in March of 2014 and so far so good. The office staff is personable and although the few times I had to get my ac fixed for leaking and it didn't get fixed the first time they came back time and time again to make sure it was fixed. Sure it wasn't fixed the first time but their professionalism and their willingness to make sure the issue was fixed gets 5 stars in my books. The kitchen appliances are a little dated but hey it's an apartment. My fridge fruit/veggie drawer is broken and I would like to get a new one but still hasn't been replaced though. Overall I would recommend my friends or family to live here if need be. Super close to asu for students and close to grocery stores a gas station and convenience stores.
