I have NEVER lived in a place where it takes so long to get a maintenance man in my apartment. It seems to me that they don't have enough guys working for this place, or maybe they just don't know what they are doing. Since the day I moved in there has been so many maintenance issues in my apartment - which it was my understanding that the reason why I pay up front is to ensure my apartment will be "ready" for me to move into for the day 'I' need it by. Not only that, but the "maintenance supervisor" needs an attitude check, you might not think so but people are listening to your demeaning comments.
