Parkewood Village Apartments

401 W Orangewood Ave, Anaheim, CA 92802

Recently moved out after two years here. When we first moved here before we even unpacked we noticed roaches in the kitchen. It took two days to get someone in to take care of it so we couldn't fully unpack. During the two years we never used the pool because it was always either dirty or filled with children. We did use the tennis courts a few times. We had to fix the door our self after a more

Madison Park (formerly Grand Resort)

2235 W Broadway, Anaheim, CA 92804

I moved into this apartment complex after I retired in November, 1999, while it was under previous ownership. The complex was showing its age, but at the time, I felt it would serve my needs well enough. After new owners took possession about 5 or 6 years later, they launched a comprehensive and amazing remodeling program of the entire complex, internally and externally, and provided a new more

Villa Serrano Apartments

201 S Magnolia Ave, Anaheim, CA 92804

This place is a mess. Great remodel, but the owners are completely naive about the parking and added lifts...at the hefty charge of 125 per month. The did this by taking away the free open spaces, which they had hardly any of in the first place. Drive by shooting just a few months ago around the corner. Overpriced for the ghetto part of Ana-crime. Don't even bother moving in with more than more

Summer Crest Apartments

2828 W Ball Rd, Anaheim, CA 92804

This is by far the worst place I've ever lived. At first they try to be nice to you to get you to rent then after you tell them to fix something they completely change towards you. I only lived here for 11 months because I couldn't take it anymore. They would take over 3 months to fix anything. So I eventually got tired of living here. The worst part was when I gave my 30 day notice I more

I have now lived in Springtree for just about 2 years. I have 0 complaints. I love my little apartment and haven't had much problems at all with the place other than normal wear and tear. If I ever need something I know I can call Debbie and she either fixed the problem immediately, tries to come up with a solution, or passes a message to Keith who will be there for you in no time. Its more

Hampton Pointe Apartments

801 E Orangewood Ave, Anaheim, CA 92802

I lived at Hampton pointe for a year 2013-14 while working at Disney. During that time Hampton pointe was the best option considering it was gated because that part of Anaheim was ghetto and dangerous. I could never leave the gates to walk around without bumbs or men being rude. At one pointe my husbands car was towed for no reason. Truely out of the blue. He had to miss a day of work and more

Fairly nice place. Landscape is very nice inside and the office staff are friendly. These apartments are getting a little dated compared to surrounding communities. The units are nice enough with accent painting inside and wood flooring. Some complaints are the rent increases are very high. Guess they aren't looking for any long term residents. Not sure where the money is going as they more

I do not live on the property but on several occasions I have visited this location. It is quiet and always clean. The units are very beautiful and it is very safe on-site parking and inside the property. The new manager, Bitia Gonzales, works very professionally, immediately offering its services if someone has a problem. I recommend this property for its facilities, the washer and dryer are more
