This place has potential because the apartments are big and the location is great, but you expect more living in Claremont. I stayed long enough to fulfill my lease and look for another place to live. I wasn't completely unhappy living there...it just wasn't the type of complex you were proud to live at. It was quite embarrassing to invite new friends over. The landscaping is very poor, sporadic, and outdated. The sign on the front of the building has been missing a letter for as long as I lived there, probably longer. The pool is only open for 2 months in the Summer, then they put a padlock on it. The laundry rooms are always propped open so they get really dirty. The parking lot is gross...especially around the dumpsters. Not much noise from "party-ers" but the noise from one apartment to the next is really bad. I could often hear the bed upstairs squeaking if you know what I mean. To the point where I would have to get up and leave my room. The managers were cool, they seemed like they really wanted to turn things around. They were very helpful when I had maintenance problems.
