Night security is a false sense of security which doesn't enforce any of the pool policies or nightly roving checks. I work nights and have only seen him once after living here for about over a year.
All in all there are many locations on Coronado that are cheaper and more accommodating and value military service, at that, practice good common business practices. Coronado Bay Club resort believes their market is tourist and markets its image as it were the Marriott Resort next door or the more historical Hotel Del Coronado down the street.
Coronado Bay Club is owned by ConAm Management Corporation... ConAm currently manages a nationwide portfolio of approximately 50,000 apartment units in more than 26 key metropolitan areas. I am not sure if they own apartment complexes or hotels, because this place comes short of both.
