<br>We moved here 9 months ago. We have never had that many notices stuck to our door; you wonder why they don't put the notice/mail in the mailbox or simply leave a voicemail; which would have been less intrusive. <br><br>The water/gas/sewage bill (not part of the rents) can come up to $50-60/month even when we didn't turn our aircon/heater on. The utility bill is accumulated and shared among all tenants in the community.<br><br>The few times I was at the management office, I was appalled at the rudeness of one/two staff. <br><br>This management doesn't seem to want to keep their tenants - I was charged a late fee of $75 for turning in the rent a few hours late once. I tried several times to get them to waive it in light of my past good record and all they do is continue to stick warning notices on my door and recently, a harsh 'pay fees or quit' notice. Go figure.<br><br>I pride myself for being a good tenant - I like the indoor pool and garden, but the note-sticking and callous office staff leave a really bad taste. I will be moving out of this place soon. We deserve better treatment.<br><br><br><br><br><br><br><br><br><br><br><br>
