RUN!!!Where do I begin. The parking and garage openers don't work we had to switch it 5 times before they gave us a working one. You will not find parking from hours of 3pm-7am. You only get 1 assigned parking. Do not be fooled by the new cabinets in the apartments. That place is full of bugs. I spent so much money on sprays for killing bugs that it's ridiculous. Neighbors are very loud. more

Timberwalk Apartments

19131 Florida St, Huntington Beach, CA 92648

I lived in Timberwalk for 4 years. I liked that the apartments were one level with no upstairs or downstairs neighbors. You still hear your neighbors through the walls at times but the landlords tend to do a good job finding respectful quiet tenants. There was a lot of traffic and motorcycle noise on Florida Street but the unit did have double paned windows which helped. The units have back more

Okay okay heres my tske on Regency Palms. ( i am a resident along with my two roomates) What makes regency such a great place to live is it has a something other apartments dont bring to the table. We can choose many of places just as close to the beach or have nice landscaping and similar amenities. Thats stuff becomes complacent. We choose to make regency our home for this simple fact. That more

Huntington Continental Apt

This is an above average apartment complex with a few issues. First the good: -The neighbors are, for the most part, considerate of others. - Most people keep to themselves, which we like. -They allow dogs and just opened up a dog park area in the back of the complex. -The landscaping is nice and the apartments are close to the beach. -The apartments are also a pretty good size. The bad: more

We are so happy to move. We moved in, and in less than 3 days, party on the neighbors patio 2AM !! Who do you call? An answering service!!! There is NO security. Don't let them fool you with the "call our after hours number for issues" when they bait you to sign the ole feeling good lease. ITS A FLAMING ANSWERING SERVICE, AND THEN IF THEY ARE SMART ENOUGH TO ACT WITHIN HOURS, THEY more

Please please don't move here. I've had BLACKMOLD once and had to move out for a month and have had 4 other leaks in two years. Rent is ridiculously priced. I don't have hot water on a daily basis. There is no one in the apartments in the whole block that is happy about living here. Can't wait till my lease is up. more

Harborscape Apartments

5152 Heil Ave, Huntington Beach, CA 92649

10/02/15 by anonymous:
I am a current resident. We've been living here for approximately 4 years and we have no complaints. Some people just like to complain... a lot. It's an older complex but the single level cottage apartments, with yard, are very rare nowadays. Coupled with the reasonable rent, Harborscape is a hidden gem. If past residents felt the manager was nosy - clearly there was something for more

I don't understand the other comments. I've lived here for two years and plan to renew in the next couple of months! Front office is great and maintenance crew works really hard. (I mean there are some ill guided Patriot fans....tisk tisk. LOL) Seriously, no complaints. Obviously I think they do a good job. I'm disabled and I've never felt awkward, and they're really more
