Resident 2010

What a stingy, tacky, & classless apartment! At my last apartment I lost my proximity sensor for getting into the pool and although the lease said It costs $150 to replace I didn't even have to say a thing and they waived it! I would 100% understand paying for one of those fobs but for a standard key charging $75 is borderline unethical! You would think Shea apartments would do something about the management at an apartment complex with the absolute lowest rating of any apartment in Laguna and Laguna has some shady apartments. It's little things like this that make tenants want to put a bad name out for club laguna. To top it all off they are replacing those locks and the keys and asking the entire apartment complex to turn them in exchange for their new keys!!! Not to mention maintenance would come to fix a sliding door in our house monthly. They would put a bandaid on the problem instead of actually fixing it! Maybe replacing the awfully bent track and adding the 4 missing screws would have done the trick! 1,400 a month for a one bedroom and they have the nerve to penny pinch me for $75! The one and only reason to ever live here is the view. Besides that they have nothing to offer! As soon as I receive our deposit deductions I will be visiting there regional office off Zantis in Aliso and hiring counsel so hopefully they don't try anything else.
