Reserve Lofts

409 West Olympic Boulevard, Los Angeles, CA 90015

I lived here for a year and it was one of the best years I have ever had. The apartments were everything the advertising said they were. Very large and modern and luxurious. The neighborhood was close to everything and I could walk just about anywhere. It was close to the market and I could get just about anywhere in no time at all. The fitness center was state of the art and you had to see it to more

Piero Apartments

616 St. Paul Avenue, Los Angeles, CA 90017

As another review stated, you can hear every move your neighbor makes. Especially the neighbor upstairs. I asked about the noise level when I first visited the apartment. I knew it wasn't going to be 100% silent but I still wanted an honest answer. Of course, to close the deal they told me it's really quiet but since it is apartment living, I will hear a noise every now and then. I took more

Palm Royale Apartments

Love this apartment building. The gym is open 24-7 which is very convenient. Large spaces, sunken living room, and renovated kitchens and bathrooms make this a beautiful place to live. The building is well kept and there is a friendly staff who are available everyday. more

The Tower at Hollywood Hills (formerly Sterling)

1800 North Normandie Avenue, Los Angeles, CA 90027

02/13/15 by Verified Resident:
This is an exceptionally nice complex with good facilities, excellent amenities in each apartment. It is fairly quiet and pet-friendly. It is also easily accessible. It is pricier than nearby accommodations but I believe it is worth the price. more

Palazzo at Westwood Village

1060 Glendon Avenue, Los Angeles, CA 90024

02/25/15 by Verified Resident:
It is a nice apartment and community and it is conveniently located to shops and restaurants. It also has great amenities. The staff is friendly and responsive to routine maintenance. However, the fire alarms go off "accidentally" frequently and because it's close to UCLA and there are some students living here, noise can be an issue at night sometimes. Also, be prepared to have the rent increase more

Pacific Place Apartments

5211 Pacific Concourse Drive, Los Angeles, CA 90045

01/25/15 by anonymous:
Bad idea! Management is awful and untrustworthy. The people in the office had nasty attitudes, were lazy, and seemed to have no training at all. The whole complex got really loud on weekend nights, so forget being able to sleep. Drunk people got so wild in the complex on holidays that I did not feel safe. My (locked-up) bicycle was stolen from the garage. Maintenance was really bad - they more

Amazing. The property is well maintained, guards are on too of everything, not to mention friendliness. Staff are professional and friendly as well. I would suggest though a place for children to play like playground to be kids friendly community. more

The Preston Miracle Mile (formerly Renaissance Apartments)

630 Masselin Avenue, Los Angeles, CA 90036

02/02/15 by anonymous:
I believe in giving a place quite a few chances before screaming to the world about somewhere being awful. I write this after starting my 6th month living here, and numerous attempts to work with management to resolve problems with absolutely no resolution to any of it. This place has taken a massive downward as you will see in newer reviews on Yelp. When my roommate and I decided upon The more

Los Feliz Plaza

3949 Los Feliz Boulevard, Los Angeles, CA 90027

10/31/14 by anonymous:
I lived here for 3 months and I LOVE the PLACE. I can't hear any neighbors, which is a lot to say compared to some of the other buildings I lived at in LA. Handyman guy is cool, takes care of anything I need. Older style building, but I like the charm. My apt is brand new so no complaints there. Management sticks to themselves and I hardly see anyone. I like the privacy. Residents are hip and more
