Reserve Lofts

409 West Olympic Boulevard, Los Angeles, CA 90015

I lived here for a year and it was one of the best years I have ever had. The apartments were everything the advertising said they were. Very large and modern and luxurious. The neighborhood was close to everything and I could walk just about anywhere. It was close to the market and I could get just about anywhere in no time at all. The fitness center was state of the art and you had to see it to more

IMT Beverly Arnaz

467 Arnaz Dr, Los Angeles, CA 90048

07/30/15 by anonymous:
Avoid living here at all costs. I am very confident that most of the reviews posted here after 2012 (when IMT took over the building) are not genuine. Here are just a few issues we have experienced while living here: - It is very common for the elevator to be out of order (VERY). - Expect your packages to be stolen. If its not worth stealing they'll put it back opened. We've asked IMT more

The Tower at Hollywood Hills (formerly Sterling)

1800 North Normandie Avenue, Los Angeles, CA 90027

This is an exceptionally nice complex with good facilities, excellent amenities in each apartment. It is fairly quiet and pet-friendly. It is also easily accessible. It is pricier than nearby accommodations but I believe it is worth the price. more

Palm Royale Apartments

3420 S Sepulveda Blvd, Los Angeles, CA 90034

07/22/15 by Verified Resident:
The apartment management is responsive and friendly. The apartment is attractive and quiet. Arrangements were made via email and telephone without the opportunity to view the apartment or complex. It could have been a disaster, but it was the best decision I have made in the relocation process. more

I've been at the Piero for three years and it's been a great experience. I especially appreciate the great customer service of all the staff including Adam Geldres. Adam has been responsive, helpful, professional, and he solves problems. more

I have had a great experience here since I moved into the apartment back in September. The facilities and staff are amazing and make the complex feel like a real home. There have been no problems with noise or maintenance issues, and I would recommend this apartment to anyone. more

Hillcrest Apartments

1420 Ambassador St, Los Angeles, CA 90035

they literally have to Doberman Pinschers that run loose through the hallways and bite other dogs and probably humans. This is an unsafe building and management doesn't do a thing about it. They must be being paid to keep their mouths shut. they will be facing lawsuits. The building reeks of pot all of the time so don't be fooled by the no smoking signs. Be careful where you're more

The management is the worse (unless you are a handsome man willing to flirt for fair treatment, or cheaper lease renewal) , you won't be able to tell until you have been suckered into signing a lease. Also rent jumps up several hundred bucks every year. The overall property looks good, but the apartments have a major roach infestation problem. I have talked to dozens of neighbors who at more

Pacific Place Apartments

5211 Pacific Concourse Drive, Los Angeles, CA 90045

Here's some facts to consider before you rent here: In the past two years, my rent increased 30%. Three zero. AKA over $400 more per month. In the past two years, 3 motorcycles were stolen from the gated garage. In the past two years, 1 balcony fire was witnessed by yours truly, pics attached, with no fire alarm. The sprinkler popped, which could not put out the blaze, but there was NO more
