I signed up for this just to respond to that crybaby complaining about ---. Let me just say that --- is awesome. We became fast friends when she first started (I was there 8 years). The person who is complaining about --- probably can't keep up with her because she is very blunt and doesn't take BS from wimpy, complainy tenants. If you are up front and honest, she will respect you more

I looked at a unit the other day and noticed bird spikes and bird traps here. Can anyone comment on the extent of the bird problem? I'd like to avoid any future problems- especially bird lice. more

This apartment has its good and bad, and unfortunately the bad outweighs the good Pro: 1. Cheap and Utilities are paid for 2. The common areas are kept pretty clean -- like the hallways or the front 3. There is a security guard after 9pm. Francis is one of the best security guard and makes you feel as if the building is secure (but the other security guards don't really seem like they more

Two months into our lease they have completely changed the value of the apartment by declining to honor the exclusive use parking spot detailed in the lease. They knew of the issue when we signed the lease and now they say they "can't do anything about the change". (Smells a bit like fraud, no?) We've done everything to be reasonable even giving them a list of options on how more

Apartment has animal feces all over the parking lot....people always drinking and smoking all types of drugs in the back and on side of the building. Numerous times Ive seen people in the garage who dont live in this place. Management is very shady, if you ask the current manager " Chani " to talk to someone above her, she will not give out the number. Very Very Shady. With the new more

When I moved in, the management was still under Forest City. The staff were courteous, friendly, and respond to inquiries promptly. In early 2011, the management changed to Alliance. That's when Met Lofts started going downhill. The staffs are not friendly, they are not responsive, they promised they would handle matters right away, but always ended up not doing more

I lived at Metro 417 for a year. (October 2010-October 2011). My stay here was overall pleasant. I had a 2-bedroom apartment with wood floors which was nice coming from a previous carpeted apartment. The walls are concrete and the door is heavy so I did not hear any of my neighbors. Which was great since that meant my loud music or loud movies did not bother anyone. There was however, several more

We have undergone multiple management changes in the last few years but I believe this management company is here to stay. They are great with working with tenants from what I have seen/heard, are responsive to maintenance requests and are putting money back into the building when they can. more

This is the worst place i ever lived. Bugs all over. Management is petty and nasty as is the Owner. Noise is horrendous at all hours of the night because it is near the hospital so you get awakened out of a deep sleep by ambulance sirens at all hours of the night and it smells bad in the hallways. Surrounding apartment buildings in neighborhood have bars around windows so that tells you a lot more

Contrary to some of the negative reviews, I have really enjoyed my stay at 1010. My husband and I have a business in northern CA but recently needed to come to LA for a project. We leased at 1010 due to the convenience of it being fully furnished and all-inclusive. My daughter and I spent the last 8 months at 1010 and sadly are going to be leaving to go back up to northern CA. We will more
