03/04/12 by anonymous: Hey! How come you didnt visit? I hope the old lady is still bringing the g-string tips. We've all had our fun with her :) Oh, by the way does free drinks help with your Tourettes shake of your head? Dont like the parking? That ghetto car aint worth a ---- anyway. more

07/10/13 by anonymous: DO NOT MOVE HERE! I recently moved out and the building is ran so poorly. Everything is always broken! the elevator is the slowest ever and take 10-20 minutes to come. Forcing to use stairs hopefully you don't have a child or groceries. They give fee's for everything. The pool and jacuzzi heaters are broken often. When they do fix things it is done half ass. There are bugs and cockroaches. more

01/03/12 by anonymous: This is the worst place i ever lived. Bugs all over. Management is petty and nasty as is the Owner. Noise is horrendous at all hours of the night because it is near the hospital so you get awakened out of a deep sleep by ambulance sirens at all hours of the night and it smells bad in the hallways. Surrounding apartment buildings in neighborhood have bars around windows so that tells you a lot more

11/18/14 by halleemah: Reviews are often based on blunders. How horrible properties are because of them or how amazing they are for avoiding them. But the Villas at Park LaBrea is a prime residential experience in my opinion because of the properties' ability to manage the highs and lows of moving and living with excellent customer service all while delivering quality and luxury living. I moved to Los Angeles from more

11/20/14 by anonymous: The location is great and the maintenance workers are fabulous. There are a few people who work here who really know what they are doing but others seem kind of out of it - like they lose packages and the valets can be really slow bringing the car. The pool and gym are nice but there are still people who break the rules and invite everybody they know to pool parties (even though you are supposed more

08/02/13 by anonymous: We have lived here for almost 4 years - so it is relatively good compared to other downtown la choices. However, it is still the worst renting experience of my life. Like other downtown properties you will be trapped in 1 year leases forever. After so many years, haven't I done "my time" and should be able to move giving a 30 day notice? The annual renewal process is usually more

10/19/10 by anonymous: Apartment has animal feces all over the parking lot....people always drinking and smoking all types of drugs in the back and on side of the building. Numerous times Ive seen people in the garage who dont live in this place. Management is very shady, if you ask the current manager " Chani " to talk to someone above her, she will not give out the number. Very Very Shady. With the new more

06/25/12 by blackbird818: I lived at Metro 417 for a year. (October 2010-October 2011). My stay here was overall pleasant. I had a 2-bedroom apartment with wood floors which was nice coming from a previous carpeted apartment. The walls are concrete and the door is heavy so I did not hear any of my neighbors. Which was great since that meant my loud music or loud movies did not bother anyone. There was however, several more

08/20/09 by anonymous: We have undergone multiple management changes in the last few years but I believe this management company is here to stay. They are great with working with tenants from what I have seen/heard, are responsive to maintenance requests and are putting money back into the building when they can. more
