I've been living here for a short period of time and already have had so many problems. Here are the facts. The building is old, so that the pipes are constantly leaking and in need for repair. Since pipes are leaking, there is mold specially in the bathroom/bathrooms. And since the pipes leak, there is a constant need for people to come in into your apt to have them fixed. My more

You get a good deal in this area. However, the apartments are not cheap...and they are treated as so. Having only one maintenance person is inadequate for a building this size. The laundry room is very dirty and almost every common area smells of pet urine. I understand only so much can be done, but I shouldn't see cockroaches in the same area I'm supposed to clean my clothes in. more

STAY AWAY! At one point this was a chill and relaxed community, but it has been plagued by many burglary issues over the past few months. Of the residents that I know, three have mentioned that they have had mailed packages (the UPS man inferred that there were many more thefts) stolen and another said a laptop was stolen from his apartment while on vacation. Albeit most of my experience more

I never lived here...but i am #1 an apartment manager for another company and #2 i sell & deliver refrigerators as a side business. In the last three months ive delivered 3 fridges. All three times i was shocked at how crappy the "new" tenants apartments were put together. Rusty kitchen flourescent lights, loose kitchen counter tops, peeling bathroom sink glaze, etc...oh and the spot to more

Its not the best place, but with Westwood high prices you'll get enough for your money. The 505 building is pretty quite.Loundry is ok but it's better go to 501's loundry room (it's the same plaza). The ladlord, Tatiana, is very cool. Always friendly, responsible. To fix any problem at my apartment took maximum 2 days. more

I live in the apartments next door to the Westwood Riviera and in the past year I dont know who is Managing it but there are loud parties all the time. My guess is they are renting to alot of teens which is more crime, more issues. They need some type of control otherwise I will be calling the police. Out of control! more

My boyfriend and I looked for a one bedroom in Los Angeles. Apartments in Los Angeles can be overpriced and lack parking. We were a young couple looking for a place that had free parking available with a rental, allowed pets, good value and in a safe neighborhood. Kristina the onsite manager was very helpful, responsive and allowed us to look at the apartment a few times before we made more

This is a horrible place to live. I am a long tenured resident and have seen this building deteriorate before my eyes. For this price, I have never seen such a poorly maintained new building. Security is a joke (not their fault, management wont pay for extra. Homeless people, loud frat kids, drug addicts can be seen on the building grounds. Walls are paper thin so when that water more
