Westwood Riviera

10969 Wellworth Ave, Los Angeles, CA 90024

02/08/14 by jps4_1976@yahoo.com:
I live in the apartments next door to the Westwood Riviera and in the past year I dont know who is Managing it but there are loud parties all the time. My guess is they are renting to alot of teens which is more crime, more issues. They need some type of control otherwise I will be calling the police. Out of control! more

Wilshire Summit

10600 Wilshire Blvd, Los Angeles, CA 90024

DO NO STAY HERE. The building looked appealing to me and it was the cheapest choice in the Wilshire corridor but I admit it was a very bad choice. Management is shady, rude and incompetent. Laundry rooms are dirty and equipment is always broken. Perking smells like trash almost every day. If I had known better, I would have rented an apartment in a smaller community, locally managed. more

Parkview Apartments

1380 Veteran Avenue, Los Angeles, CA 90024

I've been living here for a short period of time and already have had so many problems. Here are the facts. The building is old, so that the pipes are constantly leaking and in need for repair. Since pipes are leaking, there is mold specially in the bathroom/bathrooms. And since the pipes leak, there is a constant need for people to come in into your apt to have them fixed. My more

Oxford Gardens Apartments

951 South Oxford, Los Angeles, CA 90006

This apartment has a roach and ant problem. It didn't start out this way but got gradually worse and then I couldn't seem to get rid of the ants and the roaches kept popping up everywhere. The common area on the first floor was constantly littered with trash from all of the kids that live in the complex. The kids were very noisy in the pool area as well. There were multiple occasions more

It is the best place to live at and I can tell you this because I have lived here for over 26 years. The neighborhood has so many things to offer and you live in a safe place living in the Broadcast Center Apartments.,You can walk in this area which is extremely safe as well. Give it a try and I am sure you will be glad you did move in here. more

1260 Veteran Apartments

1260 Veteran Ave, Los Angeles, CA 90024

This place used to be a wonderful place to live: clean, safe, secure, friendly, etc. It has recently come under new ownership/management. As soon as I can get enough money to move, I will be doing so ASAP. Every interaction with the new managers has felt hostile. The place is neglected, severely now. Access doors are broken or left open all over the property, so more

Beware--COCKROACHES!! Not sure if it's because of our proximity to the garage/dump bin but we can NOT get rid of them. We are very clean and diligent about not leaving behind anything for these pests to snack on yet they keep reappearing through the cracks in the ceiling. (Maybe our upstairs neighbors are to blame?). Regardless--the apartment is not properly sealed to defend against pests by more

DO NOT MOVE HERE! This is why.... 1. This place is infested with BED BUGS. The manager, Steve will lie and say that there it is not a current problem but that's not the case. It's only a matter of time before it becomes an issue. My unit had to be fumigated and Steve said my neighbors next door were filthy and that's where the problem started. I spoke to my neighbors and they said more

Havenhurst Apartments

1861 Whitley Ave, Los Angeles, CA 90028

I warn prospective tenants. That's really all you can do. If you enjoy wholly incompetent maintenance- They paint the tub and kitchen sink with WALL paint, Shut off the water every month, Screw the fire escape doors shut, Leave broken washing machines to sit for a month at a time, filling up with drainage water (until the tenants call for repairs themselves), Standing more

Vantage at Hollywood Hills (formerly Serravella Apartments & St James)

I would like to join people with negative reviews. I had the most awful experience with them. We never got our deposit back, so new tenants don't count on it! And make sure you request a final inspection before you move out, otherwise expect to owe more than your deposit! They charged us on every little thing that should be considered as "normal wear and tear" and even on more
