Westside Tower at Culver City (formerly Keystone Place Apartments)

3740 Keystone Ave, Los Angeles, CA 90034

08/02/07 by anonymous: After living here a month I got a surprise bill from a 3rd party billing company called AUM. The bill was for water/sewer/trash. They were nice enough to charge me a $10 activation fee as well as a $3 admin charge. I figured I would just pay it so I go online and sure enough there is a $5 fee for paying with a credit card. I'm really having a hard time swallowing $13 in fees for a bill more

The Chateau Apartments

1420 North Alta Vista Boulevard, Los Angeles, CA 90046

02/04/14 by anonymous: I have to agree with the majority of folks in this thread. HORRIBLE, RUDE, BITTER, ENTITLED, CRAZY, CREEPY people. The main manager, Nadia is probably so resentful because she wishes she owned a home in Beverly Hills and is instead, a manager of a free apt steps from strip club, seventh veil. I had the pleasure of LIVING ACROSS THE HALL from her. There shoukd have more

Sepulveda Apartments

11131 Rose Ave, Los Angeles, CA 90034

09/06/13 by anonymous: terrible manager who needs to take a chill pill. Awful owner who meddles with the tenants every move..... Everyone living here hates them....says a lot. Even seen them yelling at kids living in the that legal?????? Never would live there again, a shame cos the apartments are awesome. more

St. Tropez Apartments

1237 N. Sycamore Avenue, Los Angeles, CA 90038

12/08/11 by LArenter6459: There seem to be claims of a management change since I lived here, but it looks like it's still run by HMMY Management, which is the same management that ran it when I lived here. Besides all of the issues with living conditions, which have already been addressed in the reviews below (my main issue was the constant smell of dog pee in the elevator and hallway), the biggest one more

Hughes Towers Apartments

3520 Hughes Ave, Los Angeles, CA 90034

09/15/13 by uscfan79: LOCATION: 3520 Hughes Ave Los Angeles 90034 Manager: Fari Moshfegh assistant manager: Lulu no second name various names: Hughes Towers or Westchester apartments is the new name because that was the company we paid when we lived there. Also the sign says hughes Towers. This place is really something for dog lovers and undocumentad workers. Sad more

Mansfield Square

1318 North Mansfield Avenue, Los Angeles, CA 90038

04/07/13 by anonymous: ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE. Do not rent at the Mansfield Apartments. The "Manager", Alex is an AWFUL person. Everything looked good when we signed our contract. It all started to go wrong, REALLY quick. Things started breaking. Between robberies, the homeless in the parking garage, lobby and all areas of the apartment it is a complete NIGHTMARE. The elevator breaks ALL the more

Reno Street Apartments

140 South Reno Street, Los Angeles, CA 90057

01/09/08 by anonymous: Echoing the last review. Reno Street Apartment is indeed hell on earth. Nothing gets fixed on time and the security does nothing but walk around talking on his cell phones. When problems arise, the security is nowhere to be found. This is a pet friendly apartment so it smells like a swamp. The management hires only one front desk person and she is nowhere to be found most of the time. You more

1308 Factory Place Lofts

1308 Factory Place, Los Angeles, CA 90013

12/28/10 by anonymous: The guy in this story lived about 3 doors down from some hookers that still live there today. Oh yeah, and it's noisy. more

Asbury Building

2505 West 6th Street, Los Angeles, CA 90057

12/03/13 by anonymous: I posted this on yelp also. It's time to move on. I went against my better judgment and thought that some of the online reviews were extreme, however, the bedbug and roach infestations are 100% accurate. This is an L.A. Housing Partnership building, that was formerly managed by FPI Management, Inc. up until about November 15, 2013. The new management is John more

Atrium Apartments

8569 Burton Way, Los Angeles, CA 90048

02/07/11 by anonymous: Apartment initially looks nice and new. Management is great in responding to any inquiries but lacks actions to problems. Apartment building looks well maintained but the lobby has water leak every time it rains. The fire alarm and elevator alarm goes off frequently in the middle of the night. The one and only elevator takes a life time to get to each floor even though there are only 4 floors. more
