terrible manager who needs to take a chill pill. Awful owner who meddles with the tenants every move..... Everyone living here hates them....says a lot. Even seen them yelling at kids living in the complex....is that legal?????? Never would live there again, a shame cos the apartments are awesome. more

I have to agree with the majority of folks in this thread. HORRIBLE, RUDE, BITTER, ENTITLED, CRAZY, CREEPY people. The main manager, Nadia is probably so resentful because she wishes she owned a home in Beverly Hills and is instead, a manager of a free apt steps from strip club, seventh veil. I had the pleasure of LIVING ACROSS THE HALL from her. There shoukd have more

I never lived here...but i am #1 an apartment manager for another company and #2 i sell & deliver refrigerators as a side business. In the last three months ive delivered 3 fridges. All three times i was shocked at how crappy the "new" tenants apartments were put together. Rusty kitchen flourescent lights, loose kitchen counter tops, peeling bathroom sink glaze, etc...oh and the spot to more

Echoing the last review. Reno Street Apartment is indeed hell on earth. Nothing gets fixed on time and the security does nothing but walk around talking on his cell phones. When problems arise, the security is nowhere to be found. This is a pet friendly apartment so it smells like a swamp. The management hires only one front desk person and she is nowhere to be found most of the time. You more

This place used to be a wonderful place to live: clean, safe, secure, friendly, etc. It has recently come under new ownership/management. As soon as I can get enough money to move, I will be doing so ASAP. Every interaction with the new managers has felt hostile. The place is neglected, severely now. Access doors are broken or left open all over the property, so more

I posted this on yelp also. It's time to move on. I went against my better judgment and thought that some of the online reviews were extreme, however, the bedbug and roach infestations are 100% accurate. This is an L.A. Housing Partnership building, that was formerly managed by FPI Management, Inc. up until about November 15, 2013. The new management is John more

Would not live here under ANY circumstances! ROACHES and what's disheartening is that they are not honest about it. Even sent an email in advance noting past reviews but was assured they fumigate all apts. before move in. To my surprise one week before move-in I asked to see the apt. we were moving into(not the one we looked at) and there were roaches in all the rooms but heaviest in the more

I lived in here in 1997-1998 at the time if you lived closer to the office,it was the "safer side".I had a upstair unit.I was young and didnt have much.So if someone would brake in to wasnt mine apt.But I did hear of brake in's back then. Also gang members out at the units farther from the office.I remember the management was nice,or maybe I was young and happy just to get a more
