I absolutely LOVE this building and the management is fantastic! The neighborhood has been improving over the past few years and I just love the urban scene. Seriously, one of the best deals in L.A. more

Arwyn Manor

715 St. Andrews, Los Angeles, CA 90005

When I first went to look for an apartment, my eye was initially drawn to the Arwyn Manor. After seeing the grounds, I was told that there was a sister property called the Saint Andrews. I checked it out and the first two floors were alright, but once I reached the top floor, I was very impressed. The apartment unit that I was shown felt like home the minute that I walked in more

Ashton Tower Apartment

10930 Ashton Avenue, Los Angeles, CA 90024

The tenants here are really a mixed bag: students, families and older couples. The building itself is REALLY loud - aka, you can hear when your neighbor showers, or the person above you is moving around a lot. Pro: There is a pool and jacuzzi Con: the hours for the jacuzzi are seriously limited, and the jacuzzi is on the 2nd floor on the inside of the building - so everyone hears more

Aspen Apartments

2345 Merton Ave, Los Angeles, CA 90041

Great low-key sort of place in Eagle Rock. Tucked away from Colorado and Eagle Rock Blvd, it's fairly quiet, clean and has updated features. The garage is locked and uses a remote control key-ring sort of device which is separate from the main building key which, again, is separate from the apartment key. While spacious for a two bedroom, there is a bit of noise from the more

Balikian Investment Research

All the units have been remodeled since the summer of 2011. We were the first ones to move into the new units. I got to look at one of the old units, and the difference is night and day. The old units had carpets that looked like they dated back to the 70's. But like I said, since the entire complex was bought by a new management company all the units have been fully remodeled. New more

Volunteers of America hire employees who are not experienced in their positions, rarely do their work, WITH THE EXCEPTION of the long-term maids, painter, and ONE maintenance man who knows his job (ANDY). The security staff, with only one exception (the only NON----- American security) are rude or careless and allow anyone-- including working girls, drug dealers, and more

Barham Court Apartments Corporation

3480 Barham Blvd, Los Angeles, CA 90068

This place isn't apartments, they are individually owned condominiums, but at any given time some of them are for rent. This place is on one of the busiest streets in town, but you'd never know it from the inside. Four buildings form courtyards with fountains that drown out the street noise and are really peaceful, plus the building itself blocks a lot of noise. The rear more

Beethoven Garden

3775 Beethoven St, Los Angeles, CA 90066

02/22/14 by anonymous:
Beethoven Garden is an absolute steal for the space, friendliness of managers and location. I've been a resident for the last 3 years since 2011 and wish to continue living here as long as possible. The rent was raised $50 over the last 3 years and is very reasonable. There are assigned spots, enough for 1 car per bedroom and ample parking on the streets for guests. Whenever there is more
