La Vista Terrace apartments are in a very nice area of Hollywood Hills, convenient to West Hollywood, Beverly Hills, and the valley. The apartments are not large, but the complex is extemely well managed and maintained by a great owner.

Erika (the owner) always took great care of the property. Building cleaned religiously almost every day including the holidays. The manager more

Lived at Los Feliz arms for two years. Great apartment building. Loved the pool and the free internet. I also had a pet and many other buildings would not take pets. Has a great grass courtyard area. Also, really close to Griffith Park and a hop onto the freeway. Management was great and handled repairs pronto. Always felt like living in a home. Had to move for my job or I would still be a more

Lived there for a year between March 2011 to April 2012. Both the managers are really wonderful and always helpful. The neighbors are also nice and friendly. Had to move out of the city and thats the only reason I left the apartment. more

Great location in Silver lake. There is a park across the street and it is walking distance to sunset junction. The building is a little old and sometimes the pipes are noisy but there is garage parking and central air conditioning and dishwashers in all the apartments... A rare find in an affordable LA apartment. The maintenance staff is fast and competent. I trust that things will be fixed more

This is such a cool building. It's my favorite color (Green) surrounded by silk floss trees and has an open air courtyard. We were so happy to find an apartment that allowed pets as we have a small dog, he LOVES the walking trail at the end of the block. There is a great Mexican restaurant kitty corner and a bike trail to the beach or Culver a few blocks away. more

I was impressed with the location first. I think its one of the best value for money available in Westwood. The fastest walk to westwood amongst the corridor apartments. The most centralised location and adjacent to the newest buildings on Wilshire. Really speaking, the building is located in the heart of westwood and holds its own prestige. Great for UCLA students, professionals working more

This classic art deco building situated in the heart of Hollywood, California is probably the coolest apartment building in all of Hollywood. With famous past residents like Ronald Reagan and Mickey Rooney, Geraldine Page and others, you'd be lucky if you could get into this ALWAYS SOLD OUT building. With it's lush garden and renovated decor, the owner of this landmark is more

The Good... 1. Love love love the area. Great restaurants, nice community, lots of great street art, and nice for bike riding. Reminds me of mix between Williamsburg and Bushwick in Brooklyn... 2. Pleased with my specific apartment unit. We are facing the train tracks, which is pretty cool. Huge windows allow in a lot of light, plus I'm facing east so I get to see the sunrise each more
