06/20/13 by anonymous: Since this seems to be the first review for this apartment complex. I'll try to be thorough. Here is a list: Parking: Horrible! One of the worst areas for parking I've ever encountered in L.A. Every year it seems more and more cars appear in the area. Some nights if I was arriving home after work at 6:00 PM, I couldn't find parking at all within a 5-6 block radius. Most nights more

06/25/04 by wn90046: I really enjoyed this building. It is in the perfect location, you almost don't need a car. It is one block from Rockin' Ralphs on Sunset - a few blocks from Mann's Chinese Theaters and Hollywood/Highland -- lots of restaurants and bars -- shopping/video stores. You can go to Hollywood clubs or the Sunset Strip in a $5 cab ride.

The building has been totally redone - has new more

09/05/14 by anonymous: As a student at UCLA, I've lived in various places in Westwood's North Village. Oftentimes, students learn to lower their expectations for off-campus housing. This is not the case with Westwood Executive House. The premises are clean and secure, and the management is committed to providing the best for their tenants. The pricing is fair, especially considering how close the building is more

07/17/13 by anonymous: Love living here. This building has it all, beautiful view of mountains, local restaurants, stores, FWY's, theme parks, hospitals, stadiums, ect. Thats just the beginning the apartments are very spacious, i mean very spacious, not what you would find near here or a few miles from here. The management team is the best. You have a problem and before you more

07/12/10 by jumentra: I was looking at luxury apartments near Beverly Hills (where I work), and came across the Wilshire Margot. I went for a tour with Ria, the manager, and knew this is where I wanted to live! I only checked out a few other buildings, but this was clearly the best choice(in my opinion). The building has a very clean, modern look to it, with very spacious hallways leading to more

02/26/12 by anonymous: Well ... What can I say but a great value and well run bldg. This is by far is the prettiest bldg around! Quiet and serene setting in a dynamic urban environment. I've lived all around LA and find this location ideal ... I can actually ride my bike to work, walk to Starbucks and dream big at the BMW showroom on the corner. WeLl organized mgt-owners. My cat and I are happy to have found more

04/07/14 by anonymous: I moved into Milano in March 2014. The interior of the loft is nice, particularly the kitchen. The problem lies outside the loft. The hallways are dirty and the walls are stained, and on weekends the elevators sometimes have animal urine in them. The elevator stopped working on a Saturday and to my surprise no one emailed to alert residents. I have to pay $200 a month for a parking space more
