Westwood Apartments

I'm not sure why the other reviews are so intensely terrible, but we've really liked living here. It's my understanding that the management did change hands in 2013 and the landlord and office assistant that are currently there are both great, and very responsive. We've had absolutely no issues. The bedrooms are a little bit small, and I think all the layouts of the more

Can't beat the location. I've lived here for almost two years. Everyone pretty much keeps to themselves. The new manager we got this past year is super nice and very responsive to any issues. Secure parking, too. more

Stay away if you don't want to deal with an unprofessional and rude staff. The Management here is terrible. The head manager is extremely rude and unhelpful. They have messed up the lease/addition to lease several times and have been extremely slow about it. --if you go to their office, they have 4-5 people sitting there at their desks and more often than not, not one of them will ask you more

In the past six years in Los Angeles, I ve lived in four different places and I have to say this place is the best! Convenient location right next to the 10 freeway (surprisingly quiet), perfect distance from beach or down town, and it has a shopping center with restaurants, groceries, mail center, etc right around the corner. Possibly the best thing about this place more

Hollywood Villa

I love the location of the building and the layout of my apartment. I have a large 2 bd 2 ba and since it faces away from Hollywood Blvd. it is very quiet for the most part. In my 11 years living here I have personally (out of pocket) paid to replace older fixtures and upgrade a few things in the apt. I've had 2 cockroach issues over the 11 years and both times it was corrected fairly quickly. more

My parents live in this building..the good thing is, unlike other wilshire condos they aren't so stuck on a million rules and regulations..the bad is that the upkeep is not that good. Regarding the staff..most are super nice except for one ----- woman (the ----- one) she is HORRIBLE! Hates her job..so she is soooo rude and thinks her job is to sit and do nothing! more

Bottom line - I do not feel like I am getting a full service building experience for a full service building price. Moreover, the basic communication and follow through of the staff is unacceptable. For example, I had requested to be notified when an upper level parking spot became available, but no follow up. I had to make four different requests for the AC because it could not be fixed properly. more

Franklin Skyline Apartments

I have lived in the building since Aug 2014. There have been some constructions going on in the building, but that's understandable because they have to wait for contracts to expire. This is probably because some residents don't want to/cannot pay higher rents for nicer apartments. The neighbors are nice and quiet, yet Franklin Ave. is somewhat noisy during certain times of the day. It more

You will not receive your full deposit back! At the end of the lease, two of us out of the four moved out and got someone to move in with the other girls. They paid a new deposit but we who moved out only got $47 back! Kris, the manager, said they needed to paint the apartment. How are you gonna paint the apartment if there are people still living there!?? Why would you keep our more
