We have lived in the complex for 4 years and never had a problem. The staff are friendly, and very helpful. I would recommend to anyone on a budget for a great place. It is mostly younger college students from UCLA. more

I absolutely love this place and the people. can't imagine living anywhere else. everything is nearby and our condo rental is really a dream come true. the owners are super friendly and nice people. have made some great new friendships here, and truly enjoy the space, comfort and privacy of this unit. Price is very fair for all we get here. there are many apartments nearby, but more

I'm not sure why the other reviews are so intensely terrible, but we've really liked living here. It's my understanding that the management did change hands in 2013 and the landlord and office assistant that are currently there are both great, and very responsive. We've had absolutely no issues. The bedrooms are a little bit small, and I think all the layouts of the more

Can't beat the location. I've lived here for almost two years. Everyone pretty much keeps to themselves. The new manager we got this past year is super nice and very responsive to any issues. Secure parking, too. more

Stay away if you don't want to deal with an unprofessional and rude staff. The Management here is terrible. The head manager is extremely rude and unhelpful. They have messed up the lease/addition to lease several times and have been extremely slow about it. --if you go to their office, they have 4-5 people sitting there at their desks and more often than not, not one of them will ask you more

First year was fantastic, brand new property, superbowl and world cup get togethers then everything changed once construction next door began. The price of rent really isn't worth putting up with the noise when working from home. 1234567 more

In the past six years in Los Angeles, I ve lived in four different places and I have to say this place is the best! Convenient location right next to the 10 freeway (surprisingly quiet), perfect distance from beach or down town, and it has a shopping center with restaurants, groceries, mail center, etc right around the corner. Possibly the best thing about this place more

I love the location of the building and the layout of my apartment. I have a large 2 bd 2 ba and since it faces away from Hollywood Blvd. it is very quiet for the most part. In my 11 years living here I have personally (out of pocket) paid to replace older fixtures and upgrade a few things in the apt. I've had 2 cockroach issues over the 11 years and both times it was corrected fairly quickly. more
