11/08/11 by anonymous: This building is managed by a company called Francis Properties. They manage numerous other buildings and their offices are located in Beverly Hills. Francis Properties, the actual owner of the building and property and Resident Manager Robin Childress are all Jews. When that large number of Jews all conspire to run an apartment building then you can expect things to be run in the cheapest more

01/18/12 by ToddQ: Hello, I have been the manager now for over 7 years and I just noticed this site to review apartments. Great idea! However please don t confuse Eagle Rock Apartments with the other apartment building one block over. For some reason they have my phone number associated with the incorrect address. I have noticed several comments in regards to my building but none of the complaints match any more

07/01/08 by anonymous: Always under heavy construction causing a lot of noise, dirt, dust and broken plumbing pipes in the already rented units. When the Hermoyne Maintenance Man breaks a pipe in the unit above and the water floods in like a water fall...They take there time to fix the hole (a week) and tell you to claim the damages on your renters insurance. Nice...if I claimed every flood I've had more

07/20/14 by jessieventura: Overpriced, callous management, broken air conditioning in the gym all the time, amenities that close at 10 PM (for some dumb reason), ant infestations in the apartments (even though this is a brand new building),multiple break-ins in the parking garage, fights in the hallways. In short, do NOT move in here. more

05/09/14 by liyuanc: I have lived here for almost a year now. I would not recommend it from my personal experience -my unit is above the garbage area in the garage so as soon as I moved in I noticed it was extremely easy to attract fruit flies. It took me a long time to get rid of them. I ended up not cooking at all and definitely underutilized my spacious kitchen -maintanence here is really lacking. The guy who more

01/30/13 by anonymous: Do not consider moving into this apartment until the managers figure out air conditioning. Your pets will die...literally. Once managers put some money into air conditioning, instead of making the tenants buy ineffectual portable units that cost between 500 and 1000 dollars (you may need two), these may become $1300 per unit apartments. Until then, they're only liveable 10 more
