Need more guest parking and rent payment is way to expensive. It's too much. Also, there are too much in-and-out people. And parking security guys are always texting or doing something that personal thing while their work time! I hope they are more focus on what they need to do. more

Bad idea! Management is awful and untrustworthy. The people in the office had nasty attitudes, were lazy, and seemed to have no training at all. The whole complex got really loud on weekend nights, so forget being able to sleep. Drunk people got so wild in the complex on holidays that I did not feel safe. My (locked-up) bicycle was stolen from the garage. Maintenance was really bad - they more

Toluca Lofts has made many enhancements in the properties appearance since I've moved in earlier this year. I couldn't be happier with the neighbors. Everyone is polite and respectful. The only noise I really hear is from the traffic outside. more

I was not able to see my apt prior to moving in. Therefore, move in day we did a quick walk thru. Once moved in I noticed sm things that I wanted, noted &/or repaired. To this day, some things still remain because I got tired of asking. I would still like my file pulled & for someone to come over & see the things I've spoken on since my move in. I don't want to be responsible at move out time. more

I never lived here...but i am #1 an apartment manager for another company and #2 i sell & deliver refrigerators as a side business. In the last three months ive delivered 3 fridges. All three times i was shocked at how crappy the "new" tenants apartments were put together. Rusty kitchen flourescent lights, loose kitchen counter tops, peeling bathroom sink glaze, etc...oh and the spot to more

The management turnover has resulted in a nightmare for service issues. I have never had any of my calls returned and I've had to call numerous times to inquire about everything. I really wanted to like this building but the lack of accountability regarding the staff has made the experience less than acceptable. more

I would not rent here if I were you. They mislead you and lie and then don't do anything about. It's constantly noisy and if you're a student that needs a quiet environment to study and get good grades... Stay clear of City Lights. Wish time would speed up so I can get out of here! My overall experience has been a nightmare. Aside from the Staff Danijela being very professional and helpful, everything else has been a disaster. Many things were not discussed or disclosed prior to me signing my lease. Understandable that is partially my fault as well. Since the day I have moved in the fire alarm in the building has gone off every single night. 1:45am, 3am, 4:45am, every night! more
