There is no security at all. There are keys to doors and gates and supposedly cameras...24 hour surveillance... First of all, on one side the fence shared with a small house is super low and that particular small house doesn't have a fence in the front. So anyone can walk in their yard and get easily over that little fence to enter the premises of 1215 Cherokee av. Then I moved in 2 months more

Real name is Sycamore Villa. Recently moved in and here's why: 1. Units at corner are $500 more and others on the street are same price lower quality. 2. Not a big business feel to the building. At only 35 units. 3. Huge pool and cleaner than others I've seen. 4. So near the blvd yet I don't hear it. 5. Manager kept the whole process really smooth, seems to know the law, but also more

The management is by far the most friendly management I've ever seen. To be honest, the biggest reason why I decided to live here was because our manager was always trying to help us and accommodate us when we had a problem. She was prompt, punctual and friendly. If not for her, I would have deemed the apartment much too expensive to live in. more

Perfect service as a foreign student from China to move into the apartment, I want the printer can be better next semester. And the equipment in gym can be repaired during summer time, because the low quality may make some dangers to our residences. more

I moved at Casablanca West Apartments in January and it is nice here. I couldn't check a lot of apartments during that time. I guess there were not too many vacancies in January because students are already settled in Westwood. So Casablanca West had a bachelor available and I decided to take it. At the beginning i was a little bit worried, since i couldn't compare apartments and prices more

I love living at Wilshire Summit and have been here for two years because it's filled with mostly young professionals like myself. The management is amazing and the building is well maintained. The apartments are spacious and the rooftop pool and spa are great. Very convenient location to everything in LA! Only negative is that the complex needs new washers and dryers but that is starting more

If you love paying for overpriced apartments, being woken up at any given hour due to the false fire alarms, sketchy smelly homeless people living under the stairs in the garage, then look no further Vida Hollywood is for you!! There are so many noisy ghetto kids that hang out across the street at 1750 location and blare music all night long, good thing they have 24 hour security to monitor the more

AMAZING AMAZING PLACE. The ONLY reason I left was that I wanted a pet. The staff is amazing, issues are fixed quickly. My tub was leaking, so they replaced the whole fixture with a brand new one the next day, while I was at work. Barbara does an amazing job making this place run like a well oiled machine. I felt like I was living at a hotel. Also, this is a very nice place and I left some damage more

I lived here for over a year and I can tell you this place is terrible. Here is why, the entire lot is located on a fault line and will shake any time there is any semblance of a tremor anywhere near the area. I have since moved and haven't felt any of that for a very long time even through reported tremors. Furthermore, as already mentioned the dog situation here is horrible, feces and more
