Vida Hollywood

1745 North Wilcox Avenue, Los Angeles, CA 90028

10/15/14 by Verified Resident: Cute little apartment in a great location. Newly renovated. Safe, great pools and amenities for this price. Mostly young, single people in the building, but we're married and it's fine. Never boring area! After moving here, I really think some of these reviews are from neurotics or people that have a very specific issue. more

Wilshire Royale Apartments

2619 Wilshire Boulevard, Los Angeles, CA 90057

09/18/14 by anonymous: Seems like all the bad reviews are from a while back when under different management. Jim and Thida, the building managers, are absolutely awesome and help with any I need. Great building; the lobby is grand & elegant, nice laundry facilities, pool & hot tub, gym, and bike storage. Although the apartments are perfect, other aspects of the building make up for it. I work in south central LA and more

Terrace Castle Apartments

1415 Alvarado Terrace, Los Angeles, CA 90006

06/14/14 by Britnygirl: I just recently moved here and think this building has great character. The managers are great and friendly too. The neighborhood is great considering we are so close to downtown. I wish I had one of the studios that overlook downtown. I can't imagine why anyone would have anything negative to say about this building or the managers. parking is hard late at night, but what do you expect in a more

Wilshire Vermont Station

3183 Wilshire Blvd, Los Angeles, CA 90010

10/29/14 by Verified Resident: staff Judy was very nicely to work to find out for matching apartment room that I exactly desired and I'd like to security person walk around at night time for safety. Also it was cleaned well everywhere when I moved in. I have no complaining about this room so far. more

South Burnside Project

616 S Burnside Ave, Los Angeles, CA 90036

06/13/14 by anonymous: I have lived here for almost two years and I love it. I have had to have a couple of minor things fixed, like the garbage disposal. I never had any issues getting things dealt with. My experiences with management have been great. The management here is professional and friendly. I would recommend this apartment building because I love living here. more

3760 Figueroa, Los Angeles, CA 90007

10/29/14 by Verified Resident: Roommate placement is awful and completely not comparable. Requests for roommate changes have gone ignored. When concerned about horrible roommate not paying utilities, was told it's not the buildings problem. Gym equipment always broken, apt not worth the rent more

Westbury Apartments

1765 N Sycamore Ave, Los Angeles, CA 90028

06/11/14 by anonymous: I never lived here...but i am #1 an apartment manager for another company and #2 i sell & deliver refrigerators as a side business. In the last three months ive delivered 3 fridges. All three times i was shocked at how crappy the "new" tenants apartments were put together. Rusty kitchen flourescent lights, loose kitchen counter tops, peeling bathroom sink glaze, etc...oh and the spot to more

Alvarado Apartments

04/30/14 by anonymous: I just moved here from Dallas, Texas for a job downtown. I am so close to downtown but I am not paying those outrageous prices. the gym is always open, the people that live here are friendly, i have my own parking and its included in the rent, my huge puppy was allowed to be here with me and the people in the office are so nice. i moved to a loft with a view of all of Hwood, more

The Medallion Los Angeles

334 S Main Street, Los Angeles, CA 90013

04/06/14 by anonymous: This is a horrible place to live. I am a long tenured resident and have seen this building deteriorate before my eyes. For this price, I have never seen such a poorly maintained new building. Security is a joke (not their fault, management wont pay for extra. Homeless people, loud frat kids, drug addicts can be seen on the building grounds. Walls are paper thin so when that water more

Regency Manor Apartments

7205 Hollywood Blvd, Los Angeles, CA 90046

09/29/14 by candid90026: The good: - Maintenance people are genuinely caring and very quick to respond. - Some people have good deals on their apartments. - PARKING. Because lets face it, if you have to park on the st. in this area you'll be getting tickets and towed, often. - Noise. If you live towards the back of the building, street noise is minimal (more later). - Management. Overall they do all they can more
