I hated the staff here. Not very friendly at all and it shows when they don't care too much for you. With my time here, I was always watched. But it's not just the apartments, the home stays are always bad. Either the people are too old and you have to take care of them, they don't feed you enough or what they feed you is packaged food and expired. I've lived in both more

The apartment facility is good but the management is poor. Trash chute blockages and broken door lock for main entrance took a month to repair. This is pretty unacceptable from the point of view of considering tenant security and convenience. Minor repairs like broken blind slats just don't happen without pestering. Plumbing requests are generally responded to with the question, "Have more

My apartment was not in move in condition when I moved in (holes in walls, not painted, floors not clean, refrigerator not delivered, no electricity). Unprofessional management. Rude, noisy neighbors that leave trash in elevators and common areas. Dogs are left home to bark all day. Walls are paper thin; I can hear my neighbor snoring at night. Fire/stair exits are narrow and more

Moved here in 2010. I thought the building and staff were nice, but realized the staff blows. Really not sure what Sean or the secretary does there, but every time I came down to their office, they were either eating or surfing on craigslist. Jessica is useless too. They all live in the building, so pretty sure they get what they want and don't care about the residents. If more

When we moved in there were roaches in the cabinets. The maintenance guy was jacking off in this supply closet area they have in the garage. Homeless people get in and go dumpster diving. The complex is managed by Conquest Housing. They are terrible and unprofessional. more

I am writing this to spare others from the HELL I experienced as a tenant in tnis building. The noise from music, tvs and all night partiers never stopped. Nothing I needed to have fixed was ever done-the response was always "next week"..The place is filthy and some tenants leave their trash on shared doorsteps and stairways. The parking garage is often flooded with sewer water. The more

I live at Lacy Lofts and I think it is a wonderful experience. Most people don't understand that these are not APARTMENT buildings; they are live/work lofts intended for people in the arts industry who have the ability to turn raw space into something unique and creative. Yes, the units are industrial and bare, but that's the whole point. Each tenant turns his or her space into more

Do not consider moving into this apartment until the managers figure out air conditioning. Your pets will die...literally. Once managers put some money into air conditioning, instead of making the tenants buy ineffectual portable units that cost between 500 and 1000 dollars (you may need two), these may become $1300 per unit apartments. Until then, they're only liveable 10 more
