My dog and I really love the sundeck area!! So relaxing, and you literally see the entire view of DTLA! not to mention the staff and management is super friendly! When we moved in there were roaches in the cabinets. The maintenance guy was jacking off in this supply closet area they have in the garage. Homeless people get in and go dumpster diving. The complex is managed by Conquest Housing. They are terrible and unprofessional. more

I am writing this to spare others from the HELL I experienced as a tenant in tnis building. The noise from music, tvs and all night partiers never stopped. Nothing I needed to have fixed was ever done-the response was always "next week"..The place is filthy and some tenants leave their trash on shared doorsteps and stairways. The parking garage is often flooded with sewer water. The more

I live at Lacy Lofts and I think it is a wonderful experience. Most people don't understand that these are not APARTMENT buildings; they are live/work lofts intended for people in the arts industry who have the ability to turn raw space into something unique and creative. Yes, the units are industrial and bare, but that's the whole point. Each tenant turns his or her space into more

I love the place! Of course you will have noise, it is an apartment complex!!! People live in these units, so you will hear people walking or closing their doors, but if you know you are sensitive to noise rent a house, or a top floor unit. I love my unit, I rent a townhome and I do not have problems with my upstairs neighbors. I did recommend this place before, and i will more

the building was terrible and heavily infested with bed bugs and it is all over the building. Even the manager doesnt care about that and many people have moved out recently. Please never stay here since you will get bed bugs for sure. more

It's really too bad. I liked the apartment and the amenities. The problem is that management is not interested in keeping promises they make in the rental agreement or meeting basic legal requirements required of landlords. Essentially, they illegally kept my deposit. It's unfortunate. I've never had a problem with a landlord before, but now I'll have to file suit just to get more

People: be smart and filter the fake 5-stars review here. We all know companies pay to have "good reviews" in this or any website. Let me tell you my experience, then you decide. I wanted to rent a 1br apt for $2000 a month. The apartment itself is decent, but still way overpriced. Just so you know you are EXACTLY next to the 405. Also, the building is ANCIENT. The elevators must be more
