the building was terrible and heavily infested with bed bugs and it is all over the building. Even the manager doesnt care about that and many people have moved out recently. Please never stay here since you will get bed bugs for sure. more

I have lived that serrano club apartments for more than a year now, And have had nothing but good experiences here. The building is very well-maintained, cleaned three days a week, and maintenance seems to be done on a regular and timely basis. I have never seen a roach or a bed bug or anything like that in my apartment. The manager is an incredibly nice lady, who cares about more

Del Rio Apartments

It's really too bad. I liked the apartment and the amenities. The problem is that management is not interested in keeping promises they make in the rental agreement or meeting basic legal requirements required of landlords. Essentially, they illegally kept my deposit. It's unfortunate. I've never had a problem with a landlord before, but now I'll have to file suit just to get more

This place is horrible. Ani, the Manager, is rarely even shows up to work. This wouldn't be much of a problem if you didn't need to go into the office to put money on your laundry card; I've only been living here for 2 months, and I've already had to leave and go to a laundromat several times because she never showed up for work. I've also been complaining about more

People: be smart and filter the fake 5-stars review here. We all know companies pay to have "good reviews" in this or any website. Let me tell you my experience, then you decide. I wanted to rent a 1br apt for $2000 a month. The apartment itself is decent, but still way overpriced. Just so you know you are EXACTLY next to the 405. Also, the building is ANCIENT. The elevators must be more

Beware of this apartment complex. It is ful of bedbugs mice roaches and termites. The year and a half that I lived there the owners / new management company have not fixed this problem. Also upon moving and they will charge you for things wrong in the apartment they did not fix upon you moving in to the building. When you call to speak with people they owner they will not return calls. They are more

Horrible place!!! Lots of bugs and mold and the managers are unbelievably unresponsive. They never respond to phone calls or answer their phone. They increase the rent a lot each year and the rent price for what you get is absurd. It's a very dirty place that's covered up with some new paint. Also, there is NEVER any parking on the street and no guest parking. more

Club Brentwood Apartments

11625 Montana Ave, Los Angeles, CA 90049

I've lived here for years and unfortunately this place has gone downhill. What I used to consider a safe and fairly nice building now seems unsafe and just... worn down. The lock on the front lobby door is old and often broken, meaning the lobby door doesn't always close after people, so anyone can walk in. There are no security cameras in the parking garage or elevators, more

Was pretty happy living there, until the new management company Macbeth or whatever took over, they claim to be professional buy my experience with them.is anything but. The office is never open during the posted business hours but you can bet they have a full staff on the first of the month to collect the rent. They never answer the phone they don't return calls, it takes months to get more
