Eagle View Apartments

4124 Eagle Rock Blvd, Los Angeles, CA 90065

Been living here for over about a year now and at first the place looks welcoming. To start of the neighbors are nice and respectful, some seem to have no respect at all even knowing there's kids around and will smoke in the hallways. Sucks due to the fact the manager is a smoker so you can't really complain the her. I had 2 complaints one with my stove and other with the dishwasher, more

The problems I had she didnt inform me that the main elevator was broken to the side of the building i was moving into, not informing vital information due to moving details, the lock on the door was broken, when she gave me a garage key that didnt work more

We lived at Victor on Venice for two years during 2010-2013. During that time we had three different property managers. My boyfriend and I have both lived in a wide variety of apartments in the Los Angeles area over the past 20 years....we are no strangers to apartment living & what is to be expected when sharing community walls. The first year of our stay was wonderful. We lived in unit 222 more

I was placed here from out of state by my company for 6 months. The address they were given was to the building, but nobody ever told them or me when I called that I had to find parking up to five blocks away and walk to the main office building nearly half a mile from my actual building. The repeated sent notices that we had to be out of the garage for all day which left me with NO place to more

THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE! It is a roach infested apartment. That is the truth. I didn't even know where to begin. I was here for a year. I had several leaks in the roof. There were constant roaches everywhere in my apartment. I even stopped using my kitchen but the roaches wouldn't stop coming. I told the apartment manager 5 times to spray and get rid of the roaches and they never did more

DO NOT RENT AT THIS COMPLEX!!! On that note, do your homework and do not rent from any complex owned by Xenon Investment Corp. I lived there for one year because of the location and relative cost. The building itself isn't awful, but it's not luxurious either. I lived in a 2-bed 2-bath, and it had what we needed. That said, I had to first get it in writing that the more

Been here for numerous years and the mngmnt has change for the worst. Joy wants guest to check in with her, wants to know who they are there for and why they are there and is very rude. They got rid of the cleaning crew (cleaned and mopped daily) now halls are dirty graffiti on walls. They make many promises and all have failed, always try to say "the tenants are privileged to live more
