I loved this apartment complex and my time here, except for one thing, management. Specifically Gary. He is horrible and needs anger management. He was always angry and complaining about something. He totally screwed me over two years after we moved out. He claims that there was damage to our apartment when we left....two years ago!! We moved out two years ago, and I recently (two days more

Horrible place!!! Lots of bugs and mold and the managers are unbelievably unresponsive. They never respond to phone calls or answer their phone. They increase the rent a lot each year and the rent price for what you get is absurd. It's a very dirty place that's covered up with some new paint. Also, there is NEVER any parking on the street and no guest parking. more

I was placed here from out of state by my company for 6 months. The address they were given was to the building, but nobody ever told them or me when I called that I had to find parking up to five blocks away and walk to the main office building nearly half a mile from my actual building. The repeated sent notices that we had to be out of the garage for all day which left me with NO place to more

The first day with moved in we dealt with a rude unhelpful "manager", who moved me into an over all cleaned large one br. The problems I had she didnt inform me that the main elevator was broken to the side of the building i was moving into, not informing vital information due to moving details, the lock on the door was broken, when she gave me a garage key that didnt work more

We lived at Victor on Venice for two years during 2010-2013. During that time we had three different property managers. My boyfriend and I have both lived in a wide variety of apartments in the Los Angeles area over the past 20 years....we are no strangers to apartment living & what is to be expected when sharing community walls. The first year of our stay was wonderful. We lived in unit 222 more

THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE! It is a roach infested apartment. That is the truth. I didn't even know where to begin. I was here for a year. I had several leaks in the roof. There were constant roaches everywhere in my apartment. I even stopped using my kitchen but the roaches wouldn't stop coming. I told the apartment manager 5 times to spray and get rid of the roaches and they never did more

Been here for numerous years and the mngmnt has change for the worst. Joy wants guest to check in with her, wants to know who they are there for and why they are there and is very rude. They got rid of the cleaning crew (cleaned and mopped daily) now halls are dirty graffiti on walls. They make many promises and all have failed, always try to say "the tenants are privileged to live more
