This apartment complex is horrible and the landlord does not care about the residents at all. I have a crappy little parking spot next to two huge garbage dumps that are always being moved in the middle of my spot, they are so big and I have a leg injury and can never move them. people are always digging in the trash and leaving their trash in the middle of my parking spot. The naihbor is so more

One of the worst experiences of my life living here. Let me first say that any good reviews of this place are likely written by W27 employees. That is just the sort of thing they would do. The reality: - The rents are OUTRAGEOUS: 2000 for a room of your own, and I believe they just raised the rents even higher. Honestly, you can live like a prince anywhere else for the rents you'd more

This was the first apartment I lived in when I moved to Los Angeles. I used Westside Rentals to find it. What attracted me to this property was 1) proximity to Sawtelle Blvd with all the Japanese restaurtants, and 2) relatively clean and modern looking building. One big drawback about this apartment that I didn't see coming, was that it leaked everywhere when it rained. By more

Dont let the first look of this place deceive you. This building is infested with silverfish and rats. Those small bugs crawl all over your bed and desk. Its sick. They bring a pest control person once a month but it does nothing to decrease the infestation. And the elevator is always broken too which is quite annoying. So glad to finally have moved out of this --------. more

Please please please don't rent here!! Probably the worst building in the area: always dirty, laundry room is awful, old rusty piping, smelly hallways, maintenance takes forever, they enter your room without permission, old shaky structure, if you need anything fixed management couple who lives up the street (different building) gives you attitude "what do you need this more

These people are scam artists and are trained to "f" you over. It would be wise for everyone to avoid these a-holes and run them out of business. Tell your friends and don't let anyone fall into the scam that is Southwood Properties. They are money hungry dbags that will screw you over. Read more: more

FUTURE TENANTS BEWARE! Worst apartment complex I have lived at. They never fix the maintenance on time and if so its done to its lowest cheapest quality. Had moments where maintenance makes an appt to enter and making the tenant move schedules around for the appt and end up not showing up, but don't even bother telling the landlord bc you will not hear an apology. All the appliances are more

Although the apartment is not in a good neighborhood, the units themselves are actually pretty decent. Each unit is two levels and the upper level has a vaulted ceiling and a loft. Unfortunately management (Frank) is absolutely terrible. We had several leaks in the unit whenever it rained, and management never fixed any of them. Additionally we had a problem with other tenants, where more

I have been living in this apartment for the majority of the last year. The apartments in this building show beautifully, but don't be fooled! There are MAJOR roach problems in this building, electrical issues, bed bugs, and the neighborhood can be unsafe. The building doesn't have any parking, so you're forced to park on the street, however most of the time it's nearly more
