The bad: Manager will tell you, you can get plenty of parking on the street or even at the liquor store nearby but its a lie. A lot of shady people standing around. There are also some mildew issues.

The good: neighbors are relatively quiet, manager is really nice. more

Avoid them. After a year of paying nearly $2,000 per month for two beds in a 4 BR, 9 Bed unit (Two kids at UCLA), these parasites hit us for cleaning fees after my son cleaned and painted the unit. NOTE: The website asks to verify current or former resident. My kids, not I, lived there, but I paid the bills. more

I wish I could rate this building zero stars, but the site won't let me. Scratch that, negative stars. The slumlord who owns this place is a tiny neurotic Argentinian megalomanic with too much plastic surgery who tries to evict PREGNANT tenants so she can raise the rent. There are human feces in the back of the building that come out of a pipe management left open because heaven forbid they more

This place may look nice from the recent remodeling but looks are deceiving. Especially the looks of the owner, Kameron.

Kameron gives you this story about how he will never sell his buildings and he is all about customer service. This is a complete lie. I suspect that if the right deal came along he would definitely sell. He cares nothing for his tenants.

He claimed that the more

I have lived here on the 20th floor for a year and paid 4600 p,us parking for a 1300 ft unit. The elevator is always broken, elevators are overflowing with so much pot I've gotten stoned while taking a short ride, and located in a very unsafe part of town. Sorry folks dtla just isn't there yet and the rents are so overpriced. Everyone I knew is moving out including me! more

While I lived here I would often find homeless people in the laundry room. The landlord would not respond to repair requests, even when my bathrooom was flooding. They are awful and the apartments are disgusting. more

The owner, D B of DB Property Management Group, is a slumlord, and the apartments are heavily infested with roaches. I remember, back in college, a friend fled her apartment after she watched a roach give birth in her living room; I was so disgusted as I declared that witnessing such an event would never ever happen to me. Turn the page forward to this humbling part of my life when I had to live more
