Ambassador Towers Apartments

535 S Alexandria Ave, Los Angeles, CA 90020

This billionaire and his beast of a wife don't put a dime into this building and they simply covered the crumbling walls and ceilings with cheap cosmetics to hide the decay. The laundry never works and damages our clothes. We are never able to get the manager to respond when major problems occur. The security is an absolute joke. The parking structure is leaking from every overhead pipe. If more

THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE! The property manager Rasa is the LAZIEST manager you will ever meet. If you need repairs do not think for a second that the the repairs will be immediately tended to. She will send her drunk relative to come and "fix" what's wrong after a week or two, depending on if she feels like doing her "job". The pool is disgustingly dirty. The laundry room is more

This apartment is just horrible. The manager stays rarely in his apartment. The building is never cleaned.. very dirty.. It takes long long time for the management to fix ANYTHING! In fact, one of the two elevators in this apartment building has been broken for almost 2 months and no sign of repair. The other elevator does not function fully.. stops every floor or get stuck.. This is the worst more

Lived here for a year. Been through 3 apartment managers in the last month and a half. Had a leak in the ceiling that was about 4 ft big from a heavy rain. Took 4 months to get maintenance in to fix the ceiling!! Calls after calls to management and they simply would respond "I don't know whats going on." Lots of dust, and MOLD everywhere. The walls are squishy from the moisture. more

We lived here for a mere cple of mos in 2009 and what a nightmare!! The manager's a psycho old woman that enters apartments Illegally!! (ie: w/out permission and/or 24 hrs notice!!) These are uber small studios that rent for about a thousand per month with no parking, no amenities, an antiquated elevator, etc!! It was an absolute nightmare!! more

The apartment grounds, layout and location are good however; I've had bugs in my apartment for months and the building has not been able to get rid of then or solve the problem. Also, my neighbors who live above me constantly pound and bang on the floors (my ceiling) all morning, afternoon, & evening. It's awful and drives me crazy. Even with many complaints; it's never stopped. more

Rent here is cheaper than surrounding complexes, considering you are living in wla. Nothing wrong with on-site managers, they are wonderful and do their best to help you. The problem lies with the owner. He is rude, obnoxious, difficult, and condescending. he is hot-tempered and will come to his own conclusions without looking at facts, and treats you like trash. He uses more

Bentley Development Corporation

1650 S Bentley Avenue, Los Angeles, CA 90025

I would highly recommend against living at this apartment. I lived at 1650 Bentley Ave (90025) and the landlord Mike was both difficult and did not make repairs in any timely fashion. In our 2 bathroom apartment the main bathroom was not functional for the last 2 months of our lease. The lease also had a clause which made monthly rent more expensive but refunded the money at the end of the lease. more

I had been looking all over LA for a decent place to call of my own for about 2 mo. I notice that mid-wilshire/koreatown area had pretty reasonable rent prices a month. So i decided to check out some places online and came across berendo apts. 716. s I fell in love with the old world charm of it...also, exposed brick...woodfloor, new appliances. And to top it off....all utilities paid! more
