Mc Clellan Plaza

1245 Mcclellan Dr, Los Angeles, CA 90025

05/14/11 by anonymous:
1245 McClellan Dr. ("Brentwood Park") has been a disappointing place to live. The walls and ceiling / floors are thin; you can hear your neighbors' music, walking, dogs barking, etc. It is very disruptive; you should be able to live in peace at this price. Management is also difficult to deal with and not very responsive to repairs / maintenance. I can see why someone more

Media Towers I Apts

1660 Wilton Place, Los Angeles, CA 90028

I have lived in many apartments, own a home and had great experiences. In 2005 I rented an apartment in this building and it was the worst experience I have ever encountered. Recently, I moved back to California and trying to find a rental property, my credit report was ran (for the first time in a while) and an EVICTION pops up from this address. I had no idea this was on my more

Meridian Apartments

3516 Sawtelle Boulevard, Los Angeles, CA 90066

02/24/11 by anonymous:
Since becoming the Meridian Apartments in early 2010, this building has quickly gone downhill. The management seems exempt from criticism or rationality. There has been construction, starting at 8am and ending at 5pm, everyday for approximately the last 8 months and another notice came stating there would be an additional 6 weeks of construction beginning February 28,2011! The more

Midvale Towers

1441 Midvale Ave, Los Angeles, CA 90024

08/16/13 by anonymous:
The place has gone downhill, lots of students, lots of noise and trash everywhere. Management likes to "come up" with reasons to enter the apartments, often without 24 hours notice. Construction updates started in April and look to be heading to a five month mark. It has wreaked havoc, no one was warned all the cement dust would get on the cars or in the above the car more

Montclair Apartments

Lived here over a year now, at first everything seems great. The apartment is of good size for a 2 bedroom, the neighbors are friendly/keep to themselves. That is literally about it. You get a parking space but between the manager and his mother they got about 4 or 5 spaces. The neighborhood is sorta quiet except there is a fire department near by so they pass through the street with more

Monterra at Hollywood Hills

02/15/11 by MonterraIsEvil:
Under the old management, I lived here for almost five years paying $1350 for a 2-bedroom. Problems included cockroach and fly infestations because the windows don't keep the bugs out...multiple tenants had cockroach infestations. The plumbing broke all the time, the plumbers could never seem to fix it. My bathroom and bedroom floor flooded once because the plumbing got all backed more
