Hollyview Apartments

1550 N Fuller Ave # 208, Los Angeles, CA 90046

03/23/14 by HashtagTruth:
Hollyview Apartments @ 1550 N Fuller Ave is extremely unsafe and poorly managed. This "luxury" apartment is a common trap for newcomers to LA, or those without the means to procure satisfactory living conditions. Beyond the FAKE SECURITY CAMERAS the building has refused to install for the past 7 years (read history of reviews involving burglaries on this site, we have experienced more

Hollywood Astoria Apartments

7100 Hillside Ave, Los Angeles, CA 90046

06/26/07 by anonymous:
It has been a battle to stop on-site "handyman" from working with loud power tools at midnight (literally), and not to perform loud work on Sundays and evenings. Majority of pet owners are great, but management is allowing a dog to bark night and day, even though the owner has had several months to do something about this issue. Upkeep has declined radically over past few more

Hollywood El Centro Apartments

6211 De Longpre Ave, Los Angeles, CA 90028

This little apt. building is what Hollywood dreams and unfortunatly, nightmares are made of. The building ifself is beautiful, but the apts. are tiny. The rent for a studio almost rose by 100% over the the last years I was there. From 550 to 1,000 for a tiny studio. The parking is HORRENDOUS. The Traffic, terrible. The air quality is testified on the black soot that settles on everything. more

Hollywood Vista

This building is under new management, and although it is much better than the previous manager, a recent wave of vehicular break ins in the "secure" underground parking garage is not being dealt with effectively. They are raising the rent in January and I don't feel safe walking from my car to the elevator at night. I get it, this is Hollywood and these things happen all the time, more

Hoover Apartments

962 S Hoover Street, Los Angeles, CA 90006

Avoid Hoover Hilltop at all costs. Appliances break every other month. Every week the water needs to be shut off. Every other month all of the fire alarms in the building need to be tested--at the same time. And management is totally in efficient. Also be prepared to pay $60 for keys and remotes that you will need to copy yourself and return when you move out. more

The lady at the front is a terrible person and can't spell customer service. more

Huntington Hacienda

4688 Huntington Drive South, Los Angeles, CA 90032

06/11/12 by anonymous:
These apartments were what was affordable at the time. Unfortunately, that was the only thing going for them. The units are riddled with roaches to an unbelievable extent. The whole unit could use a tent, but that would be costly and would put a lot of families out. The neighbors were friendly for the most part, but the gang affiliation made for a very unpleasant feeling. Never really more

Jbr Development

1371 S Beverly Glen Blvd, Los Angeles, CA 90024

The building itself was great and the onsite manager is wonderful. However, management is horrible. They are completely redoing the building, which will be great when it is done, but now it is barely liveable. They posted one sign on the elevator less than 24 hours before they told the entire apartment they would have to leave our front doors open for at least an hour after they were more
