I hate the management system which operates by Solutions in LA, they hired bunch of inane Non-English speaker, mostly Turkish. Although my primary language is French, it would be much nicer and convenience for many tenant whose having a contract through Solutions in LA. Every first day of the month, I have to swing by their office to make a payment and they are always eating and those Turkish more

Brent Manor Apartments

I understand most apartment reviews will be negative because people tend to only write reviews when they have negative experiences. However, I have lived in quite a few different apartments in my day, and when compared to Brent Manor Apartments, I can honestly say...why did I ever complain about my old apartments? They were nowhere near as terrible as Brent Manor! This is really only a good more

Grand Tower

Overall, a very good apartment complex. However, I have recently noted an increase in the roach population in the elevator banks. They are now coming up the elevators and onto the floors. Gross! Hopefully they can do something about that soon. Also, someone noisy at times with construction next door, but nothing unbearable. Parking staff and security are very friendly and when more

Museum Tower Condominiums

Lived here for about 14 months, moved out recently and was sad to go. I'm not sure where all the other reviewers are coming from. Yes the rent is expensive, there could be some things updated in the kitchen units, and sometimes management is slow to reply to messages. However the pros outweigh the cons enormously. The building was built very well, you can't hear ANYTHING more

Reserve Lofts

I lived here for a year and it was one of the best years I have ever had. The apartments were everything the advertising said they were. Very large and modern and luxurious. The neighborhood was close to everything and I could walk just about anywhere. It was close to the market and I could get just about anywhere in no time at all. The fitness center was state of the art and you had to see it to more

Avana Sunset (formerly Fuller Martel Plaza)

1443 North Fuller Avenue, Los Angeles, CA 90046

There are pros and cons to any apartment. That said, this is a pretty great place. The apartments are spacious and since the management changed hands, things have gone steadily uphill. There is a lot of noise, pretty music at random intervals, but if you're not somebody who is bothered by that, this is a great place to live. more

The apartments are wonderful! Spacious and modern. The maintenance staff awesome! The office staff worst people I have ever dealt with! You would think they would treat their residents well, since ultimately our rent is paying their paycheck... They're rude and love to point fingers and pass blame! more

Waterstone at Cheviot Hills (formerly Sedona Village Apartments)

3324 Castle Heights Avenue, Los Angeles, CA 90034

I lived at Waterstone for 18 months with my husband and dog and we were perfectly happy. The apartments are very "typical" as in they are very functional but not very updated or fancy. Faux granite type counter in the kitchen and bathroom (but at least it matches) and old cabinets in the kitchen. Our appliances were pretty new and it came with a fridge and built in microwave which was more

555 Barrington

555 S Barrington Ave, Los Angeles, CA 90049

LOUD! No insulation between floors...you hear EVERYTHING your neighbors are doing. Residents are rude...no consideration to others. Kitchens and bathrooms are outdated and ugly. Management and staff change frequently. Staff often caught in telling un-truths...one guy in the office in particular. Douglas Emmett is about profit, not resident satisfaction. Pool and spa are often more
