Nupac Apartments

949 West Adams Boulevard, Los Angeles, CA 90007

07/30/14 by Anna A:
The manager is horrible! Jacob is the most horrible person I have ever communicated with! They over promised and are sooooo rude when things happen. When we signed the contract in March, everything seems fine. They said my roommate and I can move in on July 15th. I confirmed with them because my current contract ends on Aug 1st. They said no problem. When I called them again on July 15th, they more

C and S Apartments

My father sued C&S Enterprises months ago. They were served and NEVER came to court. On top of that, the claimed they did not have insurance for our building so they just weren't going to pay him for the problem that caused his injury in his apartment! Umm....not having insurance is no excuse! They duked it out for years before my father took them to small claims. They now owe him over $7k more

Park West Apartments

9400 La Tijera Blvd, Los Angeles, CA 90045

I wish I could select zero stars. I stayed in this place for a few months...Renting from Parkwest is like renting from the -----. Do not rent from the -----...all you'll be getting is fire. Don't rent at park west, save yourself money and the headache of dealing with a rootless corporation. I was told my unit would be ready on a certain date, so I planned for movers and day off work and more

what can i say that has not been said already, 318 detroit street brighton villas is a dump, looks o.k. from outside, but inside is trashy, and the manager Bahar, is a freaking racist, she is publicly open that he hates latinos, and jews. more

Palm Court Apartments on N Cherokee Ave

1843 N Cherokee Ave, Los Angeles, CA 90028

This place is a total nightmare.. management does not care about tenants AT ALL. They will try to charge you for things that are not your responsibility when you move out. They will also find a way to charge you late fees on your checks even when you payed on time simply because they don't like the way you wrote it out ($85 dollars). If you have an issue and need to contact management they more

Grand Tower

255 South Grand Avenue, Los Angeles, CA 90012

Overall, a very good apartment complex. However, I have recently noted an increase in the roach population in the elevator banks. They are now coming up the elevators and onto the floors. Gross! Hopefully they can do something about that soon. Also, someone noisy at times with construction next door, but nothing unbearable. Parking staff and security are very friendly and when more

Museum Tower Condominiums

225 South Olive Street, Los Angeles, CA 90012

Lived here for about 14 months, moved out recently and was sad to go. I'm not sure where all the other reviewers are coming from. Yes the rent is expensive, there could be some things updated in the kitchen units, and sometimes management is slow to reply to messages. However the pros outweigh the cons enormously. The building was built very well, you can't hear ANYTHING more

Avana Sunset (formerly Fuller Martel Plaza)

1443 North Fuller Avenue, Los Angeles, CA 90046

01/31/14 by anonymous:
There are pros and cons to any apartment. That said, this is a pretty great place. The apartments are spacious and since the management changed hands, things have gone steadily uphill. There is a lot of noise, pretty music at random intervals, but if you're not somebody who is bothered by that, this is a great place to live. more

505 North Figueroa Street, Los Angeles, CA 90012

The apartments are wonderful! Spacious and modern. The maintenance staff awesome! The office staff worst people I have ever dealt with! You would think they would treat their residents well, since ultimately our rent is paying their paycheck... They're rude and love to point fingers and pass blame! more

Waterstone at Cheviot Hills (formerly Sedona Village Apartments)

3324 Castle Heights Avenue, Los Angeles, CA 90034

07/19/12 by hrfwtgqoe:
I lived at Waterstone for 18 months with my husband and dog and we were perfectly happy. The apartments are very "typical" as in they are very functional but not very updated or fancy. Faux granite type counter in the kitchen and bathroom (but at least it matches) and old cabinets in the kitchen. Our appliances were pretty new and it came with a fridge and built in microwave which was more
