Wanted to love this place unfortunately after you move in everyone all but disappears--emails go unanswered, messages are not returned and phones are not answered. Although units looked finished, many, many, many things have not been done--things you don't realize are not functioning until you move in. This will require multiple visits, many phone calls, follow ups more

Anyone who moves into this building will regret it. The owner leases out the top floor to a crooked party planning company called LoftSeven, and EVERY Friday and Saturday night they throw parties with a DJ on a P.A. system and obnoxiously loud music. There is a crowd of riff-raff outside the door to the building so crowded that the residents can't get in to their own home. All night more

Two things this place has going: Cheap rent, WIFI, and cleanliness. Cons: No sound insulation to speak off. You can practically hear a gnat's foot steps from the above unit, across, and sides (if you border a light well). They make you sing a 'book' of tenant regulations 90% of its content they do not enforce. There are drug sales in the building, and more

I've lived here since Feb 2009. I'm half way through my lease and I will absolutely not be renewing it. I was sold on this being a rather social building and I have to tell you that most people tend to keep to themselves. Had I known that - I wouldn't have chosen it because being social makes me happy. Thus, I am not happy. My place is nice. I like it. It's got old more
