Playa Del Oro

8601 Lincoln Blvd, Los Angeles, CA 90045

Beautiful amenities. Completely incompetent leasing staff. Unless you are paying for the most expensive apartment in the complex you will not be treated well or with respect. They will tell you that they can't help you or do anything when they loose your packages or mail but there are 3 of them just sitting at their desks gossiping with each other. I maintenance staff and the security are more

It is the best place to live at and I can tell you this because I have lived here for over 26 years. The neighborhood has so many things to offer and you live in a safe place living in the Broadcast Center Apartments.,You can walk in this area which is extremely safe as well. Give it a try and I am sure you will be glad you did move in here. more

I would like to join people with negative reviews. I had the most awful experience with them. We never got our deposit back, so new tenants don't count on it! And make sure you request a final inspection before you move out, otherwise expect to owe more than your deposit! They charged us on every little thing that should be considered as "normal wear and tear" and even on more

UPDATE 2/28/15: As of our Review posted on Yelp February 26, 2015, coincidentally just (1) day later Centrepointe Apartments changed their monthly rate back to $2,600 from their original $2,500 per month on all the Ads posted online. Also, A Review is now posted glorifying Centerpointe Apartments and boasting on its amenities, and get this: they also use a similar business catch phrase "Come more

Glo 1050 Wilshire

1050 Wilshire Blvd, Los Angeles, CA 90017

Was one of the original renters at the Glo when they opened. The Glo was nice and clean because it was newly built. After one year you would not believe how nasty that the Glo had become. The management allowed the carpets near the garbage disposal to become nasty. It made you want to not go near that area. Roaches also showed up within months at the Glo. Never saw a full-time cleaning crew. Was more

After a year of dealing with the new manager ------------'s incompetence and bad mannered attitude, I've decided to write a review. ------------ IS POMPOUS, LAZY, UNHELPFUL, UNCARING AND HATES HIS JOB AND THE TENANTS THAT LIVE HERE. Prometheus promises top-notch customer service when one rents here and since the rent is so pricey, we tenants should be met with the more

Avalon Del Rey

5535 Westlawn Avenue, Los Angeles, CA 90066

Several of the management team are excellent at their job. But there is one male associate that seems to not really care about the facility or the residents. I also have a concern with the fact that the onsite team is not involved in the pricing of the rental renewals. When I moved to this complex, there were monthly updates from the manager, monthly community gatherings, service was more

I've live here for 11 months, and there has been major construction EVERY SINGLE DAY. I am typing this from my bed because I can not fall asleep with the trilling is entirely too loud. Also, in about my 5th month in, I had black stuff coming out the shower water. Sorry, for the amount of money this cost there is no way I can recommend this place to anyone. When they asked me more

Can't wait to move out! expensive units for ------ old appliances! Old plumbing! my sink keeps backing up called maintenance 6 times and still having issues. Old stove and microwave and cabinets from 1968 when the building was built. Much better places out there for way cheaper. Also add $90,$110, $150 on top of your rent monthly for utilities and add $75-$125 for parking which in even more
