Casa De Vida

3230 Overland Avenue, Los Angeles, CA 90034

I lived there for three years and only moved because unfortunately I got a loud neighbor on top. The walls are kind of thin but unless you are at home studying all day and night (like me) you won't be bothered by it. Tenants are very quiet and keep to themselves here. Management is on top of things and maintenance is always there to help. Hate my new management here and miss the lovely ladies more

I usually don't write reviews, but i decided to check the rating at the complex i live to see how well is it rated. The building is quite nice. I moved here recently and i like it so far. The manager seems to be nice as well. I read in other reviews that there is noise. I can't say that it's completely quiet, but there are a lot of students at the building. I am a graduate student more

Club California Condominiums

10982 Roebling Avenue, Los Angeles, CA 90024

Don't believe all the negative reviews. From talking with owners and people living and renting condos in this building, the bad reviews are mostly from people that didn't stay or were asked not to stay. They take the time to specifically not recommend the building. Like over 98% of the people we talked with who live and know the building since the condo conversion really like more

Hello. I am in the market for a new apartment, and like many people in my situation I am a bit confused. But I'm extra-confused because as I read the reviews of this building, which is listed at the top in its ZIP code with a 100% recommendation by reviewers, I notice that most of the reviews do NOT recommend the building. I wonder how this is possible. How can it be more

It's been a few years since someone has written a review here, so I thought I would add my two cents. Also, I'd like to reiterate that the address is listed wrong. This is a review for Edgemont Apartment, 1716 N Edgemont St. I'm a young, single female and this is the first apartment I've ever moved to. As of two weeks ago, I've lived here for a year. The more

I lived in this apartment for a little less than a year and a half and I loved it. The building manager was always very nice and whenever I had a problem, I could always count on her to have the maintenance guys come to fix it. I would also like to note that I have lived in a lot of other apartments and the building manager here has been the only one to do a pre-walk through before I moved out more

Grand Central Square Apartments

306 West 3rd Street, Los Angeles, CA 90013

I feel like this place needs an review update since the last review is like, from 2008. I've been living here a little over a year and so far it's been good! They're known for their "Loft-style" apartments which pretty much means high ceilings and large windows. Or at least my unit is like that IDK about the others. They have market price, low-income tenant price, and more

Little Tokyo Lofts

420 South San Pedro, Unit 102, Los Angeles, CA 90013

We moved in half a year ago and are very happy. Little Tokyo is right around the corner, we don't need a car for buying groceries. Restaurants, cafes etc are plenty. There is no parking issue because each unit comes with at least one deeded spot PLUS one can invite guests any time as there are plenty of guest parking spots available. This is a very very rare ting in down town and worth more

Marlon Manor Apts

1538 North Martel Ave, Los Angeles, CA 90028

Three things: 1. Two-and-a-half years into mine and my husband's tenure at Marlon Manor, we are still very happy campers! The building is clean and friendly, the gym and pool are rarely crowded, and most importantly, it's QUIET! Home Sweet Hollywood! 2. Now, onto our apartment. Our two bedroom/two bath is perfect for a kid-free, cat-owning couple. The rooms more
