I cant say enough about the Pegasus. Fantastic location, fantastic staff, I couldnt ask for more. From day one, I was treated with respect and courtesty and everyone on site goes above and beyond to make sure I'm completely satisfied. Kudos to the Pegasus! I intend to live here for a very long time. more

I have lived at the Pinnacle for over a year now and the idea of moving breaks my heart. The Pinnacle is well kept and one of the best places to live in the Runyon area! Our rent is totally reasonable for our area, our amenities are outstanding, the manager Shah is the nicest most understanding guy! The repair man Rafeal is great, always on site and fixes everything ASAP. There are a more

I have been living here for about a couple of years now.The apartment itself is amazing. It's all about location, but that's not all. It's like a loft in a lot of ways, but it's really an apartment.I think it's the only building of it's kind downtown. One of the main reasons it's so great to live here is Bernard, the apartment manager/owner.He is the most easy more

I've lived in the jeremy apartments for a couple years now. I love how serene it is. This is definitely a private building, with very nice people. The parking structure is very convenient for me. The location is amazing, perfect for UCLA or SMC students. Or great for those are work on the westside. The exterior of the building is so unique and beautiful. I love the inside structure more

Very well managed and maintained. Secure parking, relatively safe area. Location is central to the majority of services, retail, etc. that the average person needs. Bus stops are nearby, and there the Culver City 6 line also stops very close to the apartment and provides a direct route to LAX. Amenities include gym, pool, study area, and bike storage - all of which are very well more

To amend my previous review, it seems that perhaps there may have been issues in the past that seem to have been resolved because we did not experience ANY of the issues they brought up. When we moved, we did as they asked in the beginning and we had no problem getting our FULL deposit back in the time frame they specified. The tenants are, for the most part, very nice and quiet. Of course, more

There are pros and cons to the Picadilly. The pros: the building and the apartments themselves have a lot of character (even though they are small), it's centrally located, and the apartment manager is good about helping out with anything you need. The cons: parking sucks (if you're not in the Picadilly's cramped garage you have to find a parking structure), the noise more

Great customer service, they are always smiling when I walk into the managers office. Building is quiet and comfortable, great location. Love the jacuzzi and it seems like I'm the only one who uses it even though it's really clean. Like I said this place is quiet. Love it more

My husband and I moved in here in December 2010, which was over 3 years ago. The only reason we re moving out is because we re starting a family (twins!) and need more space. We live in a 1-bedroom - Apt #311. We are SO sad to leave this building. We loved every minute. The building is well taken care of. Dave is such an excellent manager by keeping everything clean and organized. We never more
