Loud - Dirty
Lived here my first year of Grad School and moved the first day I was able too. The only good thing was the close proximity to campus. WAY too loud, windows faced the back alley towards downtown and there were constantly people and cars all night long being loud and stupid. The apartment (2Bd/2Bt), while spacious, was dirty and nothing worked properly; the dishwasher was broken, the stove didn't work and the sink and showers backed up constantly. The only thing I enjoyed was a pretty view of downtown. I was able to score a solo parking spot (for around $600 extra) which was totally worth it to not have to deal with parking on 30th St.Share This Review
