Avoid at ALL costs!!!!!!!! I lived here for 6 months and had to break my lease. In the lease agreement I could pay $2500 dollars to break the lease OR (key word here OR) pay for the unit until they filled it with a new tenant. I decided it take my chances and wait until the apartment released. 1 year after I moved out I received a notice from Fidelity Creditors, a less than creditable company. Guardian arms had charged me both for rent until the apartment was leased out and the $2500 to break the lease and sent it to a creditor without ever contacting me to resolve. This was on top of keeping a $1500 deposit. I sent Brent, the property manager email after email to try to resolve and he refused to respond. I tried to resolve this with the credit company, but they were too dumb for words. So I hired a lawyer to resolve the issue.....
Take notice to the website, and how there is no way to find out who really manages this company.....if the property manager won't help it is very difficult to figure out who to contact.
But worry no more, mwestholdings.com/our_te... here is the link to the company that actually owns this building......
I was lucky I had a lawyer who could resolve my issue and fix my credit. (Which was wrecked from the credit company who refilled this claim monthly until I could resolve it with Mwest Holdings) ....
OHHH and I even contacted ------- the woman who commented on other not so great post on this site, at her work email, and the email provided below and never received a response....... She must be busy saving face on yelp in stead of actually assisting a former tenant.
Ohh and try me on posting some response or having remove my review again, I will post screen shots of all the email communication supporting this post!
My advice RUN!!!!!!'
