                      I am sorry to hear that you are not completely satisfied with your living experience at our community. We take our resident's concerns very seriously and want to assure you that yours are being acknowledged. A majority of your concerns pertain to many outside influences that are not due to negligence on our part. We can act as quickly as possible as long as something is reported. Your concerns on safety and REAP are all public record and can be viewed anytime by anyone. The building is completely up to date and has no fire or safety issues as shown in the city reports. In the case of the recent fire, management was in the apartment with the resident and assisted the resident in putting the fire out even before the fire department arrived. The building's fire response system did not activate because there was no fire or smoke inside the apartment. The fire department has inspected our fire monitoring systems and have found no fault in them working and are 100% active and up to date. If anyone reports any suspicious activity within the building, we will review any surveillance footage in order to inform the appropriate parties. As crime has no boundaries, we always suggest to residents that they contact the local police department for further investigation. The cleanliness of our community is top priority. We have a porter service that cleans and maintains all of our common areas and keeps the building in amazing condition. Although we can't control the actions of others, we can ensure that it's cleaned up appropriately and in a timely manner. There have been no complaints of pets or their owners over the past 9 months. We ask all of our residents to contact us immediately if they experience anyone not abiding by our community rules and policies, which we take great pride in enforcing. Regarding the security issue and your reports on an individual trespassing the community, we check our doors and gates on a routine basis and have found no issues with any of them not locking properly. We have in place a courtesy patrol company that is here on-site from 10pm-6am daily to assist us in dealing with matters such as these.                                           There are always opportunities for improvement. This is considered a luxury building so some of the amenities can be improved: Windows need to be washed. Garage needs to be cleaned of junk and occasional garbage. Replace the elevator rugs.
