Great Value - Extremely quiet as units are very solid
I had a terrific experience during the two years I lived at Museum Tower. If you understand what sort of lifestyle this building is and don't have unreasonably high expectations, this place is absolutely the best value and actually the nicest place to liveā¦Ā See More >anonymous

Average Overpriced Apartment
Pros: The place is in a good location near California Plaza and if you work at one of the buildings near by it's a great walking commute. The maintenance crew and the security have been mostly prompt and adequate. Cons: The building however has hadā¦Ā See More >anonymous

Poor value for money
Building is old and falling apart. Management only cares about the rent check. Parking is inadequate. Too many usc students. Heavy rotation of people moving in and out. Security and maintenance are friendly and effective. Plenty of other placesā¦Ā See More >anonymous

Parking is a Disaster: Residents forced to park in Fire Lanes
The apartments are in reasonably good shape--their clean. The appliances are old, the kitchen counters have been painted to cover burns, and tub/showers have been patched. The problem is parking. As a policy, management will not tow vehicles. So everyone parksā¦Ā See More >tigerkittybabe

Lived here for 5 years, NOT WORTH IT!
I was barely "living" in the place since I was a USC student at the time of my stay. The building changed management several times while I was living there. Each time management changed, the place got worse and the people running it wouldā¦Ā See More >anonymous

constantly flooding, no parking, unresponsive mgt
This apartment is constantly being flooded. Every month or so we would have our water shut off for the entire apartment so that they can fix the plumbing. A month ago they had to bring in two industrial strength fans into the lobbyā¦Ā See More >anonymous

parking sucks, terrible management, stay away from this one
If your not home by 7:00pm, you stand a chance of not getting parking, even though they charge you a mandatory $50 monthly extra for it. Often broken laundry and gym machines go months without resolution. Although there are many professionals living in the building,ā¦Ā See More >anonymous

Wonderful Place to live!
I have lived here for two and half years and am preparing to move only because I am purchasing my first home. I have loved my time here, however, and will miss the great views and friendly service found in this building. The manager, Mary,ā¦Ā See More >anonymous

Great place unless you have a car
The benefits of this complex include the fantastic views (especially if you face the new Disney concert hall), the well-insulated walls, and a convenient location if you work downtown. The main drawback is the horrendous parking situation. I have since moved out, but whenā¦Ā See More >Janet_Clark
