Good living experience - would recommend to a friend. Location, neighborhood, and amenities are fantastic and all are within walking distance - this includes drug stores, food shopping, restaurants and basic necessities.

I have lived here for almost a year and have had nothing but problems. Matienence flooded my apartment once. ACx doesn't always work. Neighbors are -------s. Very unhappy with the people here more so than the building/my apartment itself.

it has been ok, but needs upgrading, such as security, packages, front desk hours, noise issues, spa cleaning and lockers/attendant, people tailgating through, garbage valet makes hallways messier, leaving shopping carts out is too much
