I thoroughly enjoyed my time living at Lakeside Village. The apartments are well maintained and reasonably priced. Management was very quick to fix any issues in my apartment. All of the ground staff, maintenance team, and manager were very friendly and personable. Each unit has an assigned, covered parking spot and there is plenty of open/street parking available for guests. I lived alone and more

Been a resident for 4 years now and have see the good the bad and the ugly. Place calmed down a year after I moved here the resident manager cracked down on the rift raff in the complex and put boots to asses and kicked people out... well she left and now there is nothing but trash in the complex. Packs of children yelling and running around way past dark, almost backed into a 2 year old at 930 more

The new manager has a nice attitude and puts work orders in for me as soon as I call them in. The maintenance guy is a cool guy too, he usually comes the same day I make a maintenance request. I trust him to fix my small problems when I'm not home which is important. I have only lived here 6 months but the only complaints I have are that the walls are kinda thin and the trains that pass more

This place is terrible. They allow tenents to be assulted in their own homes and then they evict them. Prospective tenents should be cautious renting here, as management picks and chooses who and which rules to impose them on. I will keep you updated on the results of whats happening here. This a short version of the events that transpired, shared by a concerned neighbor Oct 29 2013 more

I hate this place. Me and my fiance are so glad to be gone in a week. in the 9 months we have lived here, we have been bullied and blamed for stuff that are not our problems. we were forced out, and she has discriminated against us. Josie told me If I wasn't with my fiance , I could stay, and that our friends are bad crowds. our dishwasher has been broken and leaking for 5 more

Very Affordable Probably the most affordable 1BR apartments in the area. Ideal location, parking is well lit, decent sized living space, and generally a quiet building. We enjoyed living there, especially for the rent that we paid. How can you beat $500 for Marysville? Sure, the inside Carpet wasn't the most attractive, but the manager was friendly and professional. It's actually pretty good for the price. However, it's a bit of a crime zone; anything in the vehicle now belongs to the local gang. There's too much dog poop on the lawns. Good insulation and low electric bills. The trash is always overflowing because the dumpster is always open and facing an alley; people drive by and illegally dump their trash. The land-lady is good, more

I just picked up a 2 bedroom apartment at Linda Villa Apartments in Marysville, and I must say it's one of the best places I ever lived. The new management cares about the tenants and keeps the place clean. The community is great with a good mix of families. No freeway noise and lots of parking available, but yet it's convenient to all the local shops. REallly happy here, more
