I thoroughly enjoyed my time living at Lakeside Village. The apartments are well maintained and reasonably priced. Management was very quick to fix any issues in my apartment. All of the ground staff, maintenance team, and manager were very friendly and personable. Each unit has an assigned, covered parking spot and there is plenty of open/street parking available for guests. I lived alone and more

Not amazing, but the best on 22nd St. This area is extremely hard to find decent housing in. Lots of crime and lots of filth, but Meadowwoods does a pretty good job of staying in a slightly better little bubble. The manager, Josie, is so friendly and I absolutely love her BUT she is a better friend than a manager. Unorganized, loud, and unprofessional is how I would rate her managerial skills. more

Decent apartments. They advertise the apartments as "condos" but there really just nice apartments not quite condos. Never had a problem with the maintenance or manager except that its kinda hard to get ahold of them. The after hours emergency number is the managers phone so if shes not in the office you have to leave a message about your maintenance problem but she gets back to me more

This place is terrible. They allow tenents to be assulted in their own homes and then they evict them. Prospective tenents should be cautious renting here, as management picks and chooses who and which rules to impose them on. I will keep you updated on the results of whats happening here. This a short version of the events that transpired, shared by a concerned neighbor Oct 29 2013 more

Very Affordable Probably the most affordable 1BR apartments in the area. Ideal location, parking is well lit, decent sized living space, and generally a quiet building. We enjoyed living there, especially for the rent that we paid. How can you beat $500 for Marysville? Sure, the inside Carpet wasn't the most attractive, but the manager was friendly and professional. It's actually pretty good for the price. However, it's a bit of a crime zone; anything in the vehicle now belongs to the local gang. There's too much dog poop on the lawns. Good insulation and low electric bills. The trash is always overflowing because the dumpster is always open and facing an alley; people drive by and illegally dump their trash. The land-lady is good, more

I just picked up a 2 bedroom apartment at Linda Villa Apartments in Marysville, and I must say it's one of the best places I ever lived. The new management cares about the tenants and keeps the place clean. The community is great with a good mix of families. No freeway noise and lots of parking available, but yet it's convenient to all the local shops. REallly happy here, more
