Current resident here. This is a peaceful place in an unbeatable location. The apartment complex is well kept at a great value and Reeta is a fabulous manager. Whenever we need maintenance or have any questions, she has always kindly been there. I also like the fact that she puts together community events to get to know neighbors and she even decorates for the holidays to give that extra more

New Management took placed in 2013. Tiffany, the manager, is one of the most professional, competent, and easy to contact people I have worked with anywhere. Notice was always given, and attempts to schedule when most convenient made, before maintenance and inspections. All complaints or questions sent via email were answered promptly. I don't what has been like prior to 2013, but I have more

I lived here for a little over two years before being transferred out of state. I loved it, overall. It should be noted that the apartments are SMALL and very EXPENSIVE (I had a 520 sq ft 1-BR that was about $2,000 a month), but this is due to a multitude of factors and I actually never got the impression management was trying to gouge residents. Santa Clara County does not have rent controls, more

I stayed in Park Plaza apartment for over two years, and I would like to highly recommend this apartment. 1) Elizabeth is a super nice lady who manages this apartment. She is willing to help. For example, she took care of my mails, deliveries when I took a long vacation. She helped me keep my mails after I moved out, and let me know about it. 2) The rent is increased only once more

We have been very happy living here for the past three years. Love the grounds, and the staff are great! The only thing we don't like is the price, but they have priced us out of here. more

I m afraid that I have to add my voice to those expressing concerns that Greed-dale er, Greendale s management (Acco), especially -----------, is difficult and unpleasant to deal with. The poor treatment I've experienced from management, along with the noise problems I have encountered since living here, make me seriously regret having moved here. My apartment was not more

Palo Alto Plaza

I have been living here 2 years. Every year they increases rent. They don't accept bicycles anywhere in the building, only in special bicycles room, which isn't secure. Last year somebody stole my two bicycles from there, they told me at the office that I need to call the police and they don't take responsibility for my stuff. There is black mold everywhere in the more

Where is the security ? We pay a lot to leave here. Part of the service is security or emergency. I forgot my car keys along with my apartment key inside the laundry room. I came back 11 and something pm and someone locked the room as they have as rule. But this time was an important thing of a mistake that anyone can do. Having to catch a flight in few hours with out a car or being able to get more
