Current resident here. This is a peaceful place in an unbeatable location. The apartment complex is well kept at a great value and Reeta is a fabulous manager. Whenever we need maintenance or have any questions, she has always kindly been there. I also like the fact that she puts together community events to get to know neighbors and she even decorates for the holidays to give that extra more

Fayette Arms Apartments

AVOID AT ALL COST. 4 managers in <2 years. 20% rent increase within 6 months. Unresponsive management. Poor maintenance. We had to live through hell literally during their 1 yr long renovations and when they were done prettying up, they immediately raised rents for all residents. Absolutely no sign of loyalty towards old residents. Their strategy is to force out old residents every so often by more

Moffett Manor

So I haven't been on this website since I was looking for an apartment to move into a little over a year and a half ago and I maintain the same view I did back then that people are only driven to write reviews on these types of websites if they have extreme views, either positive or negative, about an establishment. To that end, I'd like to provide my extremely positive view of this more

Eaves Creekside (formerly Avalon at Creekside)

151 Calderon Avenue, Mountain View, CA 94041

I lived here for a little over two years before being transferred out of state. I loved it, overall. It should be noted that the apartments are SMALL and very EXPENSIVE (I had a 520 sq ft 1-BR that was about $2,000 a month), but this is due to a multitude of factors and I actually never got the impression management was trying to gouge residents. Santa Clara County does not have rent controls, more

Park Plaza Apartments

I stayed in Park Plaza apartment for over two years, and I would like to highly recommend this apartment. 1) Elizabeth is a super nice lady who manages this apartment. She is willing to help. For example, she took care of my mails, deliveries when I took a long vacation. She helped me keep my mails after I moved out, and let me know about it. 2) The rent is increased only once more

We have been very happy living here for the past three years. Love the grounds, and the staff are great! The only thing we don't like is the price, but they have priced us out of here. more

I m afraid that I have to add my voice to those expressing concerns that Greed-dale er, Greendale s management (Acco), especially ---------------- is difficult and unpleasant to deal with. The poor treatment I've experienced from management, along with the noise problems I have encountered since living here, make me seriously regret having moved here. My apartment was not more

Where is the security ? We pay a lot to leave here. Part of the service is security or emergency. I forgot my car keys along with my apartment key inside the laundry room. I came back 11 and something pm and someone locked the room as they have as rule. But this time was an important thing of a mistake that anyone can do. Having to catch a flight in few hours with out a car or being able to get more
