This place has become really bad since Equity Apartments have taked over. I had problems last month and it was fixed with lot of problems. The leasing office phone is never attended and they are very rude and never call back.

Out of control noise
I spent several months in this complex on a contract. The maintenance and the service were really good and the people in the office were nice. However, and this is a BIG however because it destroyed the quality of life while there, the… See More >agambrahma

Nice place to stay
Stayed here for three years now, first in a 1-BR and then in a 2-BR. Staff is very prompt and helpful, property is well-maintained. Rent is increasing this year but that's the common theme across the area anyway.… See More >anonymous

Good location, but overpriced
I lived at this property for 4 months while on a job contract. The one bedroom apartment was spacious. The kitchen needs to be updated. It had only a single sink, no microwave, and outdated, worn out cabinets. One small ceiling fan in dining area.… See More >anonymous

Great place, Cost way to high
Overall a decent place. Maint is responded to quickly. Staff is friendly for the most part. Apartment layout is decent and location of the complex is very good. Sadly the mgt (not sure if it is the local or 'corporate' guys), just want every penny they… See More >no.more.apts

Worst part was my roommate :)
This apartment complex isn't anything super special, but it's still nice. They're nothing fancy, but they're clean. The only problems I had were things outside the complex's control, such as my apartment was on the edge of the property and on the other… See More >anonymous

9 months in, and we are very satisfied
My husband and I rented our apartment online while living across the country. While we were concerned about renting without having seen the place, we felt comfortable about doing it for a couple reasons: 1) They have a policy where you can move out for… See More >priyankkumar

Rip-Off on Rent ( 25% every yr) Forget your Deposit
I moved here from LA and stayed for 1yr. My job required me to travel a lot so stayed only perhaps 5 months out of 12 months. I kept the place spotless clean. After 1 yr, I get a notice of rent increase by $300… See More >RentVictim100

Utilities charges are $106 , it is just robbing, soot comes in water
They keep the rent at market rate, not less, for those old apartments but the catch is utilities charges which they don't say upfront, comes 106 every month. Be aware of that. Also some times soot comes in the water. Talked to the manager… See More >lewiscr44

You are gambling by moving here
I've been wanting to write this review for a loooong time. Where do I start? I'll start with the day I moved into a corner bottom floor apartment. As my family and I finished moving all of my things in there was a brawl upstairs. Every… See More >anonymous

I think it is great
I enjoy living here. Sure the rent is on the expensive side, but I could find nothing that was cheaper (and still nice and allowed dogs), unless I looked further south. I have lived here for over 4 months and have had… See More >anonymous

I second that the $300 rent increase SUCKS!
I've been living here for 2 years. Last year the rent increase was $30. This year it's $300. Seems very stupid to increase rent so much sparking a complete turnover in tenancy. If you rent here, don't plan on staying.… See More >anonymous

Rent increases tooooo much at the end of the lease...
I just received my lease renewal in the mail. The rent will increase $300/mo for a 12 month lease. This is not including the $80-$100 bill that has to be paid WITH the rent for water/hot water energy/trash/etc. This apartment is certainly… See More >anonymous

TOO expensive, and It is not worth it.
They increased the rent to $1550-$1600 for one bedroom. On the top of that, you have to pay $100 for the utility (Garbage, Hot water, ... ). So you are talking total $1650-$1750 rent for one bedroom Apt. And believe me this is not worth… See More >anonymous

REAP OFF & CHEATS!!!
I stayed there for one year at $1350 (1B/1B). I was told if I stayed for more than one year there is no carpet cleaning fees. However after one year I got a notice of rent $1950. The rent doesn't include anything, no AC-- NOTHIN!!! I was… See More >Reserve at Mountain View
