Do everything possible to stay away from the ground level facing Reseda. The noise and tremble from the semitrucks and cars passing led to many sleepless nights for me and my roommates. The unit itself was nice but there were some frustrating aspects such as the closets being placed in corners, making furniture set up difficult. The floor plan doesn't optimize the space well. Huge living room and tiny hallways. The small guest bedroom was way too small to share. My roommate and I only had space for our beds, really. They set up up with a HUGE rate and a LOUD unit. I feel like the value of the apartment was closer to 1,500~ but we paid 1,900~. In terms of overall comfort, I was left feeling quite robbed.
The management is professional and patient. They are hardworking and reasonable people. The maintenance is prompt.
This is a great place for families and people older than 25. We had a decent time here but unfortunately it just didn't fit our needs as students since we couldn't study at home (due to constant noise) or fit desks into our rooms.
Again, do not settle for a ground level unit facing Reseda. The noise will make you go insane and interrupt your phone conversations and sleep. I can't stress enough how loud this place was.
